The 20th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that we should further strengthen the work of youth sports, and put the development of the cause of national fitness and mass sports in a more important position.Youth sports are not only the core content of the national fitness work, but also the success or failure of the construction of a sports power. The aim is to more scientifically and effectively increase the physical exercise activities of young people in China, enhance their physical health, and promote the development of youth sports, providing theoretical and practical reference. The article uses methods such as literature review, logical analysis, and comparative analysis to study the promotion of youth sports, selecting China and the United States as survey objects. From the perspective of social ecology,it analyzes the roles and effects of families, schools, society, and government in promoting youth sports, and derives a model for promoting youth sports from a collaborative perspective.Research results:The similarities between China and the United States are that the family plays a very important role in the promotion of youth sports. The family’s sports atmosphere, the parents’ model demonstration and the way that the parents personally lead the teenagers to carry out sports activities are all helpful for the teenagers to develop the habits of physical exercise;Schools can create a positive campus atmosphere of physical exercise in the physical education class and in the activities between classes, and guide and encourage teenagers to take physical exercise activities through physical education,so as to improve the physical health level of teenagers; The society focuses on creating an environment conducive to physical exercise for teenagers, and guides teenagers to participate in sports activities through community and social sports organizations. At the same time, there are certain differences between the two countries: the Physical Activity Guide of the United States started earlier and developed maturely, and the suggestions for teenagers’ physical exercise activities are more reasonable.China’s Sports Law of the People’s Republic of China provides legal policy guarantees to all sectors of society;Different micro-systems work together. The United States is dominated by schools and communities, supplemented by other micro-systems,while China is dominated by government and schools, supplemented by other micro-systems.Research conclusion:According to the social ecology model and the youth sports promotion model, there are certain differences in the ways and influencing factors of different microsystems on youth sports exercise activities, and the direct impact on youth sports exercise activities is ranked first by family, then by school, then by society, and finally by government.By combining the theory of collaborative governance, the "four in one" collaborative governance model of family, school, society, and government can comprehensively have a direct and indirect impact on the promotion of youth sports, making it an ideal model for promoting youth sports.Family and school are the main places for young people to live and learn, and should bear the main responsibility in promoting youth sports.Society and the government provide the main material foundation and cultural environment in the process of promoting youth sports.Research recommendations:1.In the promotion of youth sports, special attention should be paid to the impact of electronic products on the physical health of adolescents.2.When designing the promotion strategy of youth sports,we should fully consider the integrity of the social ecology level, not only give play to the advantages of individual resources of family, school, society and government, but also pay attention to the advantages of "four in one" coordinated promotion.3.Pay attention to the role of family in the promotion of youth sports, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of parents and family members, and provide a good family sports atmosphere for teenagers.4.Give full play to the advantages of China’s "national system" and the Sports Law of the People’s Republic of China, and the education and sports department actively cooperates with the judicial department, the transportation department, the health department and the ecological environment department. |
