significance,this study is based on the real demand,using sustainable development theory,system science theory,the theory of development strategy,and the theory of comprehensive evaluation theory research,and in the school sports study,sports management,pedagogy Angle of view and opinions on school basketball development,with the objective reality of rich material,From reviewing the history of the campus basketball,development goals,organization and management,security system,training,curriculum teaching,comprehensive evaluation of several aspects,such as the diversity of macro and micro level comparison,find out the current our country on the campus basketball development pattern differences with the United States and the United States of the campus basketball in our country,which can be used for reference to relevant departments for the future to develop a more perfect the construction of campus basketball development plan to provide a theoretical reference and draw lessons and the comprehensive development of school basketball to make theoretical and practical contributions.This study using the literature material method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case study method,field observation and logic analysis method,to various schools campus basketball head,2507 students,377 campus basketball teachers as survey objects,with 20 campus basketball characteristic school in charge of the school campus basketball,five university high level basketball team coaches,30 school basketball teachers,10 of the campus basketball related personnel or researchers,seven domestic expert interviews as object,compares the campus basketball development mode of analysis and study on the research conclusion is as follows:(1)Comparison of goal setting of Chinese and American campus basketball development model.From a Chinese perspective,due to their own school-running conditions,most schools have not incorporated national-level goals into the campus basketball development goal system.The goal setting is more concentrated on the school-level goal setting level,and it also lacks provincial and municipalities.Setting of level goals.However,China has through commercial operations.(4)The Comparison of the Teaching Situation of Chinese and American Campus Basketball Development Model.From a Chinese perspective,the setting of physical education of campus basketball courts.From the perspective of the United States,the integration level of financing,planning and operation of large basketball stadiums in American universities is relatively Comparison of the Competitive System of Chinese and American Campus Basketball Development Mode.From a Chinese perspective,some schools have completely restricted their competition goals to achieving ideal results.Under the influence ofchampionship ideology,the competition goals of campus basketball tournaments have been alienated;most teams have set scores on campus basketball competition
