Attempt teaching method is a kind of display of traditional Chinese educational wisdom,and also one of the directions of deepening educational theory and practice in the new era.Based on educational ideas of "students can try,try can succeed,and success can innovate","attempt teaching" has accumulated many valuable experiences and achieved great success in promoting the development of students’ core qualities.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce the attempt teaching method into biology classroom and try to promote the construction of biology efficient classroom,so as to enrich the "trial teaching theory" in the field of biology teaching.Firstly,the related literature at home and abroad is reviewed to summarize the research status of attempt teaching methods,including the characteristics of the new era of the attempt teaching method and a number of derived teaching results and application in biology as well as foreign relevant theories,finally determine the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,the paper mainly adopts literature method,content analysis,educational survey,case analysis method.On the basis of summarizing the historical origin,core theory,connection with core literacy and comparison with other teaching methods,the thesis follows "Can it be applied? Where does it apply? How do you apply it? " to carry out theoretical and practical research.In terms of theoretical research,the teaching model of trial teaching method is analyzed,and the theory of brain science and learning transfer is sorted out;Summarizing the characteristics of the teaching objects and the content of the textbook and course of the selective compulsory course one "Homeostasis and Regulation" in the personal education edition,and screening the suitable teaching content;Combining with the analysis of the examination questions,the design ideas of the trial questions are expounded;Selecting the appropriate teaching content for teaching design and implementation.In terms of practical research,one semester of trial teaching practice is carried out in the practice school.Taking the Human education edition "Internal Environment and steady state of human body" as an example,the researcher applies the trial teaching method to the teaching practice of this content.The implementation effect of this class is analyzed from four aspects: preview before class,teaching process,teaching effect and teaching reflection.Therefore,it is suggested that it is feasible to apply the experimental teaching method to the teaching of "Homeostasis and Regulation" in High school biology,that is,the design of trial questions conforms to the cognitive structure of students and the presentation of the textbook,the teaching model promotes students’ autonomous learning,and the teaching process attaches importance to helping students integrate systematic knowledge.Finally,the research conclusion of this paper is as follows:(1)Senior students often adopt the advanced teaching mode,which is reflected in saving time and high enthusiasm for classroom discussion.(2)The experimental teaching method can help students get into the habit of studying before class and promote the formation of a self-suitable preview way.(3)The trial teaching method puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ professional quality,especially in the two links of "designing trial questions" and "teachers and students try to discuss problems".After the case analysis,the relevant suggestions are given as follows:(1)Make the preliminary determination of the teaching content and the arrangement of all aspects of the discussion between teachers and students.(2)Design the questions according to the main line of knowledge and the combination of old and new content,and work hard on the solution and presentation time of the trial questions.(3)Several measures are used to ensure that students complete the trial questions.(4)Focus on collecting questions that students really don’t understand.
