From the perspective of different disciplines,teaching objectives include three levels:education policy,curriculum objectives and classroom teaching objectives.In these three levels,classroom teaching goal is the goal that front-line teachers can set and implement by themselves.The goal of classroom teaching is the center of the whole class teaching activities,the final result of the whole class teaching activities,and the important basis of classroom evaluation design.In order to achieve the goal of classroom teaching,classroom teaching activities are carried out.The realization of classroom teaching objectives is related to students' learning effect and teachers' reflection and growth.In order to better promote the professional growth of novice primary school mathematics teachers,this study observed the classroom situation of novice primary school mathematics teachers and skilled primary school mathematics teachers,and carried out a questionnaire survey,found that the teaching effect of these two stages is different,there is a gap in the realization of classroom teaching objectives,mainly novice teachers' poor ability to transform theory into practice,novice teachers in the classroom They pay more attention to themselves than students;novice primary school mathematics teachers ignore the awareness of evaluating the realization of classroom teaching objectives,and lack scientific evaluation methods and methods to achieve classroom teaching objectives.However,there is bias in the main body to achieve the goal of primary school mathematics classroom teaching.Generally speaking,there are the same problems in the realization of teaching objectives between primary school mathematics beginners and skilled teachers,but the classroom teaching objectives of primary school mathematics beginners are worse than those of skilled teachers.In order to improve the teaching objectives and activities of novice teachers,this paper puts forward some suggestions.Classroom teaching objectives.
