Physical education and labor education are both part of quality education.Physical activity is a common manifestation of the two.Physical education and labor education complement each other.Physical subject of physical education and health has a unique value of education and labor.Taking school physical education as the starting point,putting the all-round development of people in an important position,and integrating labor education elements into physical education teaching,it helps students from subconsciously recognizing the importance of labor to actively participating in labor,which is conducive to promoting the all-round development and healthy growth of students ’ moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor.Based on this,from the perspective of school physical education,pedagogy and other disciplines,this study investigates the basic situation of the integration of physical education and health education in some primary schools at the present stage,and on this basis,finds out the influencing factors of the integration of the two from the four levels of teaching,school,students and teachers,and then puts forward corresponding promotion strategies,aiming at further optimizing the teaching quality of physical education and health courses in primary schools at the present stage,improving the effect of physical education and health courses,and promoting the all-round development of students.This study uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method as the research methods,and takes 294 first-line physical education teachers in some primary schools in Shanxi Province as the questionnaire survey object to analyze the promotion strategy of the integration of primary school physical education and health education.The research conclusions are as follows :(1)According to the investigation and interview of some primary school leaders and physical education teachers,it is found that the current situation of the integration of primary school physical education and health education is not ideal,which is mainly manifested in the following aspects : the school ’s management of labor education is insufficient,and the degree of attention needs to be improved.Physical education teachers themselves have a high level of cognition of labor education,but they are vague about the concept of labor education goals,do not pay much attention to physical education and lack of understanding.In the process of teaching practice,they have strong randomness and weak pertinence.The content of labor education in textbooks is often ignored,and the teaching methods are traditional,the evaluation is single,and the teaching effect is not good.(2)At present,the factors affecting the integration of physical education and health education in primary schools involve four levels: teaching,school,students and teachers.Among them,teaching material design,curriculum development,teaching research,teaching content design,and teaching assessment and evaluation are the factors affecting the integration of physical education and health courses at the teaching level.School publicity,school policy guidance,and school organization and management are the factors affecting the integration of physical education and health classes at the school level.Students’ learning needs,students’ interest in learning,and students’ learning ability are several factors affecting the integration of physical education and health classes at the student level.Teachers’ professional knowledge,teachers’ goal understanding,teachers’ attention,and teacher training are the factors that affect the integration of physical education and health education at the teacher level.(3)The promotion strategies for the integration of labor education in primary school physical education and health courses include : First,at the teaching level,we should optimize the teaching design of the course and highlight the elements of labor education;second,schools should pay attention to the development of labor education,strengthen organizational management,and give full play to the role of publicity and guidance;third,students are the main body of the teaching process,to cultivate students ’ interest in labor learning,to achieve its comprehensive development;fourth,as the leader of the classroom,teachers should enrich their professional knowledge and skills and broaden the training path of teaching ability. |
