Research On The Present Situation And Strategy Of Short Soldiers Majoring In Wushu And National Traditional Sports In Colleges And Universities Of Henan Province

In 2019,the General Office of the State Council issued the ’ Outline for the Construction of a Sports Power,’ the promulgation of which not only vigorously promoted the construction of a sports power,promoted the prosperity and development of sports culture,and promoted the Chinese sports spirit;at the same time,it points out that we should inherit Chinese traditional sports culture and strengthen the protection,promotion and innovation of excellent national sports,folk sports and folk sports.Each national traditional sports symbolizes a kind of national culture,which has been passed down through history.As an important part of Chinese traditional martial arts,short weapon has profound historical and cultural heritage.In the long river of historical development,it fully integrates the characteristics of short weapons such as swords and knives,and forms one of the representatives of modern national traditional sports martial arts equipment confrontation projects.In September 2020,the Wushu Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China officially established the Wushu Military Road Department.In December2021,the ’ Henan Wushu Military Road(Short Weapon)Training Base ’ jointly established by the Henan Wushu Sports Management Center and the School of Physical Education of Zhengzhou University was inaugurated,marking a new historical opportunity for the development of short weapons,which is very important for the development of short weapons and the promotion of short weapons programs in Henan Province.Colleges and universities as an important position to inherit the national traditional sports culture,to carry out short weapon in colleges and universities can not only effectively promote the development of students ’ physical and mental health,but also can better understand the traditional martial arts culture,and enable it to effectively pass on,for carrying forward the Chinese martial arts this national treasure has important practical significance.This article uses the literature method,investigation method,SWOT-AHP analysis method,Delphi method and other research methods to conduct an in-depth and detailed investigation and study on the current situation of the development of martial arts and national traditional sports majors in colleges and universities in Henan Province.Analyze its advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the development process,and establish a judgment matrix of various factors,combined with AHP analysis method for quantitative analysis,study the best strategy for martial arts and national traditional sports majors in colleges and universities in Henan Province to carry out short soldiers,and provide suggestions for the development of martial arts and national traditional sports majors in colleges and universities in Henan Province..Research conclusions :(1)At present,there are Henan University,Shangqiu Normal University and Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University in Henan Province,which set up martial arts and national traditional sports specialty.Colleges and universities lack special venues for short soldiers.Most teachers teach with their own experience,and there is no unified syllabus and teaching materials in teaching.There are few activities and competitions between colleges and universities,and the overall development of short soldiers is not optimistic.(2)There is a lack of short weapon teachers of martial arts and national traditional sports major in colleges and universities in henan province.At present,there is no systematic and large-scale short weapon teacher training in henan province.However,teachers have a high degree of awareness of short-weapon,and teachers are very supportive of short-weapon courses for martial arts and traditional ethnic sports majors in Henan colleges and universities.(3)Students have a strong interest in short soldiers.Students ’ motivation to participate in short soldiers is mainly to obtain short soldiers skills,enhance physical fitness,promote Chinese Wushu,and inherit national culture.The way students learn about short soldiers is mainly through school teachers.(4)The advantage of developing short soldiers in Wushu and traditional ethnic sports majors in colleges and universities in Henan Province is that students have strong interest in short soldiers.Teachers have a high awareness of short soldiers;contains rich Chinese excellent traditional culture;strong body and spirit;enrich and improve the curriculum system of Wushu and national traditional sports.The disadvantage is that the popularity of short soldiers is not high;students have low awareness of short soldiers;short soldiers professional venues,equipment,protective equipment is not perfect;short soldier promotion system is not perfect and lack of relevant short soldier teaching experience of teachers.Opportunities are the strong support of national policies and the rapid development of modern network media;the establishment of the national martial arts department and the development of short armies market have great potential.Threats are the impact of cultural differences between China and the West;short soldiers training,competition and research less.(5)Colleges and universities in henan province martial arts and national traditional sports professional short soldiers to carry out should adopt SO pioneering strategy,should be guided by the students ’ interest,increasing short soldiers propaganda;relying on the military channel platform of Henan Province,vigorously develop short-weapon competitions;to strengthen the training of short-soldier teachers and improve the short-soldier infrastructure,colleges and universities should support the development of short-soldier courses and reasonably set the teaching content and syllabus of short-soldier courses.Suggestions are as follows:(1)Strengthen the propaganda and promotion of short soldiers in colleges and universities,constantly improve the promotion system of short soldiers,enrich the promotion form of short soldiers.(2)We should make full use of the teachers ’ awareness and support of the short army,vigorously develop the teaching staff of the short army,promote the new generation of young teachers to participate in the activities of the short army,and improve the professionalism and teaching ability of the teachers.(3)Relying on the military platform of Henan Province,we should vigorously develop the competition,training and scientific research work of the martial arts military(short soldiers)project in Henan Province,strengthen the connection between the sports majors in various colleges and universities,systematically cultivate short soldiers professionals,and use the short soldiers major in colleges and universities to cultivate short soldiers referees and scientific research personnel,so as to promote the development of short soldiers projects in colleges and universities in Henan Province.(4)School leaders should encourage and support the development of short army courses,and provide basic guarantee for the development of short army courses.The first is to increase the number of venues and equipment,increase capital investment,and strengthen the cooperation and exchange of schools,in order to ensure the normal and smooth development of short army courses.
