Research On The Education Model And Practice Path Of Martial Arts And Traditional National Sports Major

Educating people for the party and educating talents for the country is the consistent educational policy of the party and the state,and is the starting point and destination of education.Wushu and traditional national sports major shoulders the historical mission of cultivating new talents of the times and promoting and inheriting the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,the practice of educating people in martial arts and traditional national sports is a long-term and complex project,and is the key link to cultivate martial arts and traditional national sports professionals,and there are still many problems in the current education practice of martial arts and traditional national sports,which restricts the development of martial arts and traditional national sports and the development of professional talents.This paper focuses on the practical problems of educating people in martial arts and traditional national sports,using literature,interviews,questionnaires,systematic analysis and other methods,taking the education mode and practice path of martial arts and traditional national sports as the research object,taking the education mode of martial arts and traditional national sports in some colleges and universities as the investigation object,starting from the formation and development of traditional martial arts and national sports majors and the concept of education model,and taking the current training program of martial arts and traditional national sports professionals in colleges and universities as a reference.Analyze the problems existing in the operation of martial arts and traditional national sports in the new era,analyze the causes of the problems,and explore the education mode of martial arts and traditional national sports from the aspects of implementation mode and operation mechanism.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)Through questionnaire surveys and expert interviews,the current situation of martial arts and traditional national sports education in different colleges and universities was collected,and many problems in the current education of martial arts and traditional national sports were summarized,mainly including: insufficient joint efforts in education,differences in education resources,insufficient implementation efforts,lagging evaluation results,etc.,and the reasons for the above shortcomings are mainly due to the insufficient top-level design,resulting in a low degree of professional collaborative education,as well as the change of values,weak organizational guarantees,and slow update of evaluation mechanisms.(2)Explore the professional education model of martial arts and traditional national sports,and point out that martial arts and national traditions have professional education goals and guiding principles that should be followed in the construction of education models: people-oriented and comprehensive development,based on the overall planning of the school,results-oriented integration of knowledge and action,and the principle of collaborative education in education according to needs;And around the implementation of the education model to establish a scientific and efficient operation mechanism: build a three-dimensional supervision and feedback mechanism,deepen the incentive mechanism driven by diversity,establish a sound resource guarantee mechanism,and formulate a scientific evaluation mechanism.(3)The practice path of martial arts and traditional national sports professional education mode mainly includes fully implementing the concept of cultivating people with virtue,condensing the goal of educating people in combination with social needs,promoting the formation of a collaborative education pattern in curriculum ideology and politics,reforming the curriculum system and optimizing the education environment.
