Class Construction is one of the important basic projects at school. Class construction is of great significance for the overall development of students and the class teacher's professional growth. How to effectively create the ideal class group, promoting the development of students, and speeding up training the high-quality talent with innovative spirit and creative ability, is the sacred duty which the era endues to educators.In this study, by the "group dynamics", "learning organization" theory, following the action research ideas ,namely: plan - implementation - results - reflective ,and by the use of document analysis, participant observation, research and so on, , class Construction was Conducted with action research model at a rural junior high school in Lin fen City for more than a year (in February 2009 to January 2010) in this study, which aimed to explore an effective way of the class construction of rural junior high schools, as well as to Improve the development status of classes and students, and to promote professional development of the class teacher through the Class Construction.The study by semester as a unit is divided into two phases.The first phase (February 2009 to July 2009), changes from a loose group to the primary class group - "qualified Class collective", and the second phase was from beginners to the mature class of collective - "advanced class collective". Class Construction in the above-mentioned action research practice has shown that class construction of school J Class B has achieved some results, and has promoted professional growth of class teachers. Through this research, the following conclusions: (1) Taking full advantage of the original level of the class is the basis for class construction; (2) To build a good teacher-student relationship is the entry point for Class Construction; (3) To create a good class atmosphere is the key to class construction; (4) Action research applied to Class Construction is feasible and effective; (5) By the use of "action research", carrying out class Construction is an effective way to the professional growth for class teachers.Based on the above study, and in this study, specifically to class teachers ,the following recommendations: (1) They should have a strong problems sense of class correct; (2) The selection and training of class cadres should be emphasized on; (3 ) Creatively carry out class activities and develop students self-management ability; (4) Focus on children's psychological health education, and target to solve the problem; (5) Coordinate various factors, and form educational force of class construction.
