| With the popularization of the Internet and the progress of social technology,more and more people use the Internet to socialize.Junior high school students have active and advanced thinking and dare to try new things.With the rapid development of social network itself,they have become the main force in the use of social network.While benefiting from the convenience brought by social networking on the Internet,excessive use of social networking also brings a series of psychological problems,such as increasing the level of loneliness and social anxiety.In view of this,this study aims to explore the relationship between social anxiety,loneliness and social network addiction in middle school students,and uses a cross-lag model to explore the predictive role relationship between social anxiety、loneliness and social network addiction,.Four junior high school students in Henan Province were tested,and each subject was required to complete the social anxiety scale,loneliness scale and social network addiction scale.The same group of subjects were tested twice after an interval of six months.Cross-lag analysis was performed on the obtained data,and the results were as follows:(1)The scores of social anxiety,loneliness and social network addiction all showed an upward trend.(2)Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between social anxiety,loneliness and social network addiction at the two time points.In the two tests,there was a significant positive correlation between social anxiety and social network addiction,a significant positive correlation between loneliness and social network addiction,and a significant positive correlation between social anxiety and loneliness at both time points.(3)The cross-lag results showed that social anxiety predicted social network addiction unidirectionally.Social anxiety predicted loneliness unidirectionally.(4)Loneliness mediated the relationship between social anxiety and social network addiction.Loneliness not only affects social network addiction through the horizontal mediating effect of social anxiety,but also affects social network addiction through the vertical mediating effect of social anxiety.The conclusions can be drawn as follows: With the passage of time,junior high school students show stronger social network addiction behavior;The social anxiety,loneliness and social network addiction behaviors of junior middle school students were significantly correlated with simultaneity and continuance.Social anxiety of junior middle school students can predict loneliness and social network addiction longitudinally.The longitudinal and horizontal data showed that loneliness mediated the relationship between social anxiety and social network addiction.According to the research results,the corresponding educational countermeasures are put forward: paying attention to early addictive behaviors and preventing social network addiction as early as possible;Reduce social anxiety,reduce the level of social network addiction;Lower levels of loneliness and reduce social network use. |
