| The successful adaptation of pupils to primary school life is a key issue in the process of quality primary education.Problems with learning adaptation can have many negative effects on pupils’ development: on the one hand,it can lead to poor academic performance;on the other hand,it can seriously limit the overall psychological development of pupils.Many primary school students today suffer from a variety of school problems due to maladjustment,but primary school teachers have no scientific and reliable methods to help them.This is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in order to achieve "double reduction" in compulsory education and to promote quality education.Learning attitude,listening methods,learning technology,school environment,family environment,independence and perseverance,and physical and mental health will all affect the learning adaptability of primary school students.At present,most domestic researchers have focused their research on the current situation and have seldom studied the influencing factors.This study aimed to investigate the influence of novice teachers and expert teachers on the learning adjustment of primary school students,and to reveal the strengths and limitations of the two types of teachers in improving the learning adjustment of primary school students.This paper consists of six parts: introduction,research review,research design,questionnaire results and analysis,case interviews,and research conclusions.Firstly,the literature related to the learning adaptability of primary school students was sorted out,the theoretical basis was sorted,the research review was formed,and the research design was completed based on the research results of previous people.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was carried out to collect data,and the results of data analysis were combined to compare the differences between novice teachers and expert teachers on the learning adaptability of primary school students.Then,based on the results of data analysis,an interview outline was designed and case interviews were conducted to explore the specific reasons for the influence of novice teachers and expert teachers on the learning adaptability of primary school students.Finally,the results of data analysis and case interviews were summarized and summarized,and corresponding educational enlightenment and suggestions were put forward for novice teachers and expert teachers in grades 1-2,3-4 and 5-6respectively,hoping that novice teachers can actively consult expert teachers,and at the same time,expert teachers can also appropriately put down the "coat" of teachers and get along with students in an equal and friendly way,so as to help students improve their learning adaptability. |
