| With the rapid development of information technology,the society needs more and more professional talents in computer network technology,and the requirements for talents are also higher and higher.This trend provides opportunities for the vigorous development of computer network technology courses in vocational education.But the actual teaching process presents more obvious problems.Firstly,the existing teaching mode of computer network technology course in secondary vocational schools is difficult to meet the needs of social and economic development.There is a certain gap between talent training and the actual demand of society.Secondly,students’ knowledge,ability and comprehensive quality are difficult to adapt to the rapid development of mobile Internet.Thirdly,the teaching process lacks multidimensional evaluation system for the goal of talent training.Therefore,this study focuses on the "teaching" and "learning" of specific courses in secondary vocational education,with students as the teaching center and results as the learning orientation.In this study,the concept of OBE(Outcome Based Education)is introduced into blended teaching to achieve better results in curriculum construction and teaching reform.Under the guidance of OBE concept and combined with the results of blended teaching mode in practical teaching,this study takes the classification theory of educational objectives,constructivism learning theory,mastery learning theory and ARCS motivation theory model as the theoretical research basis.In the specific process of the research,literature analysis,action research,questionnaire survey,interview survey and other diversified research methods are adopted to carry out teaching practice and research.1.In order to solve the gap between social demand and talent training at the present stage,this study conducted interviews and questionnaires on enterprise practitioners,front-line teachers and students at the early stage of the study to clarify the purpose and focus of this study,and took this as the starting point of teaching design.2.This study selects the mobile Internet education product Rain Classroom as the online learning platform.Based on the concept of OBE and the concept of blended teaching mode,the course "Computer Network Technology" in secondary vocational schools is taken as the teaching practice course,and the teaching unit of "Computer LAN Networking" is selected as the teaching case for specific demonstration.According to the preliminary research results,the teaching objectives of this course are improved,and the specific design and practice of online and offline blended teaching are carried out.Through the organic combination of pre-class,class and after-class links,students are helped to obtain preset learning outcomes and achieve teaching objectives.3.This study establishes a multi-dimensional evaluation system.In this study,two classes with the same learning basis were selected as the experimental group and the control group.By comparing the performance data of the two classes before and after teaching,the learning effects of the two classes under different teaching modes were analyzed.In the teaching evaluation system,the results of students’ self-evaluation and mutual evaluation were combined with the data statistics of online learning platform to enhance the objectivity of multidimensional teaching evaluation data.At the same time,this study also conducted questionnaire feedback and interview survey on students to grasp the degree of students’ adaptation and learning effect under this teaching mode,so as to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of the final teaching effect.The results show that the blended teaching mode based on OBE has a good effect on the teaching of secondary vocational courses.It can effectively improve students’ learning effect,professional quality and comprehensive quality,and promote the development of secondary vocational education. |
