In today’s world,a new generation of information technology represented by 5G,artificial intelligence,and Internet big data is accelerating its penetration into various fields of economic and social development,playing an important role in promoting economic and social development and meeting the people’s growing needs for a better life.All countries in the world have deeply felt the importance of the development of information technology,and great information literacy has become the basic requirement for personal development in today’s society.Implemented in the field of basic education,the importance of information technology education is self-evident,and information technology education is gradually gaining people’s attention.On the other hand,most of the current information technology teaching still adopts the traditional lecture-style teaching method,which leads to students learning a lot of knowledge and skills,but it is difficult to obtain systematic cultivation and gradual development of comprehensive literacy and ability.In response to the above problems,this research explores the application of OBE and project-based learning in junior high school information technology classrooms,and conducts theoretical and practical research on junior high school information technology project learning based on OBE to help students achieve the all-round development of knowledge,ability and literacy.This study firstly summarizes the research status of OBE and project-based learning at home and abroad by studying literature,and defines the concepts of OBE and project-based learning,and then sorts and analyzes the application of OBE and project-based learning to junior high school information technology.The suitability of the curriculum,grasp the basic process and implementation characteristics of the project-based learning under the guidance of the OBE,and then proceed from the implementation principles of the OBE,and on the basis of referring to the existing instructional model,construct a junior high school information technology project based on OBE.Next,based on the general goal of the junior high school information technology curriculum,this research decomposes it downwards,transforms the goals of each module into corresponding target products,and then converts the products into projects,and selects the lesson of “Setting Personality Collection Catalog” to carry out the OBE concept-based course.The research adopts the quasi-experimental research method,and different experimental treatments are carried out in the experimental class and the control class respectively,and the teaching effect of the constructed instructional model is tested by means of evaluation and measurement tools.The experimental results show that the junior high school information technology project-based instructional model based on the OBE concept constructed in this research can improve the students’ achievement of the target results,and it can also promote the development of students’ ability and comprehensive quality.This research mainly achieved three research results,namely,analyzing the applicability of OBE and project-based learning in the teaching of junior high school information technology courses,constructing a junior high school information technology project instructional model based on OBE,and forming a specific teaching practice The case provides a reference for front-line teaching to improve the quality of education.Although the research is limited by the scope of application and the duration of teaching practice,this research still has certain theoretical and practical significance.The follow-up research will be carried out from the following aspects: extending the research time,expanding the applied study period and discipline to improve the representativeness and generalizability of the research.
