Since entering the information society,people’s life style has changed gradually.In the education industry,the teaching method has also undergone significant changes,from the traditional classroom mode to the online classroom mode,which has changed the disadvantages of the previous teaching which would be affected by time,region and educational resources and produce different teaching effects.From 2019 to 2022,online teaching became the mainstream way of learning due to the pandemic;The Ministry of Education’s "no school suspended" policy has boosted online learning.With the rapid development of online learning,the online learning platform represented by China MOOC has become the mainstream platform for online education classes used by domestic universities.At the same time,in the process of the development of online education,some defects of online education are gradually exposed.Due to the difference between online education and traditional teaching methods,students may experience problems such as lack of concentration,lack of interactivity,and inability to solve problems in real-time through the classroom during the learning process,resulting in insufficient learning sustainability for learners.On the basis of reading relevant literature and researching online courses,this study studied the factors affecting the continuous willingness of online learning and the improvement strategies through literature research,semi-structured interview,Delphi method,questionnaire survey and structural equation model method.The research mainly involves two parts.The first part is the study of the factors influencing the continuous willingness of online learning.Starting from the UTAUT model,we select four core variables in the UTAUT model: performance expectation,effort expectation,social influence and convenience.According to literature review and semi-structured interview method,two variables of teacher support and interactive behavior were added into the research,and a hypothesis model of influencing factors of online learning continuous intention was established.On the basis of the existing maturity scales at home and abroad,combined with Delphi method,and according to the established hypothesis model of factors influencing online learning willingness to continue,a questionnaire was designed.Finally,on the basis of data collection,SPSS and AMOS software are used to verify the hypothesis model,and the influencing factor model of online learning continuous intention is obtained.The moderating effects of gender on the influencing factors were not significant,but the moderating effects of experience and voluntariness were significant.In the second part,based on the influencing factor model proposed in this study,from the perspectives of online learners,online courses,online platforms,teacher support and interactive behavior,the enhancement strategy of online learning continuous intention is proposed.
