| With the strengthening of national fitness awareness,Wuhan college gymnasiums have sprung up like mushrooms after a rain,and have developed rapidly,but at the same time,college gymnasiums,as a certain functional room or auxiliary space,have a small overall scale,and the planning and layout at the beginning of construction was not reasonable.Problems such as insufficient standardization of operation and management have gradually become prominent,affecting the operation and development of college gymnasiums to a certain extent.This research uses the method of literature materials,interviews,questionnaires,and mathematical statistics to investigate the current situation of the operation of gymnasiums in colleges and universities in Wuhan.Strategy.research shows:1.The operation status of university gymnasiums in Wuhan is mainly manifested as follows: Wuhan university gymnasiums have not yet formed a unified organizational structure in terms of institutional settings,and equipment safety problems are prominent.The gym business model can be roughly divided into three forms: individual operation,enterprise contracting and partnership operation.The main methods of publicity are the distribution of leaflets,posters and banners.The revenue of college gyms mainly includes group course training,sales of fitness membership cards,sales of private lessons,nutritional supplements and fitness apparel.The use of funds mainly includes the input costs of equipment purchase and maintenance,decoration,etc.in the early stage,and operating costs such as rent,water,electricity,and manpower;2.Wuhan is an organization of university gymnasiums.The situation is as follows: the current coaching staff of university gyms is not stable enough,mainly part-time coaches,and the coaching years are short,and the majority of coaches are unlicensed.The coaches’ salary is not high,and their career planning is not clear;the management staff of gymnasiums in Wuhan’s colleges and universities are mainly male,and most of them are students in school management and related majors;students,as the main consumer group of college gymnasiums,have low monthly income and exercise motivation.clear.The factors that consumers choose for college gyms mainly include convenient transportation,gym service quality and facilities,and price factors.3.The research put forward that the development strategies of Wuhan university gymnasium include:(1)implement chain gymnasiums to realize the brand development of university gymnasiums;(2)establish an e-commerce marketing model for university gymnasiums;(3)rationally plan functional divisions,pay attention to design and Construction standards;(4)Improve the service quality of college gymnasiums;(5)Build a professional team to achieve professional management and operation;(6)Reasonable pricing,improve competitiveness,and serve all teachers and students;(7)Establish a school-enterprise joint construction The business model of college gymnasiums. |
