The Balanced Scorecard.the performance management Mode invent by Robert Kaplan and David Norton that through the study of the 12 best Performance companies of world,and later in practice for a strategic management tool.Although the Balanced Scorecard was originally designed for-profit organization,but,after several years development,it has been successfully applied to the nonprofit organizations abroad,In this thesis,its analyzed the current status of the Beijing University gymnasium and the existing problems.Through theoretical studies and surveys to designed a system of indicators for the strategic management of BSC for the Beijing University gymnasium,the full thesis is divided into five sections.For the first part of the preamble,a brief analysis of the reasons for the selection,and described in the literature.The second part.the Balanced Scorecard system was introduced,the use of strategy management and the history of the system to be set.The third part.the different applications of the Balanced Scorecard-for-profit organizations and non-profit organization are analyzed and presented the experience of the application in the nonprofit organizations abroad.In the fourth part.introduce the status of colleges gymnasium, and analysis the application of the Balanced Scorecard at the colleges gymnasium on the feasibility and necessity.The fifth part is the specific implementation of the Balanced Scorecard,first of all,with an analysis of the advantages of Beijing University gymnasium,the opportunities of Beijing University gymnasium,the weaknesses of Beijing University gymnasium,and the threats of Beijing University gymnasium,we get a clear vision and strategic objectives for the gymnasium;then from the study of financial dimensions,the clients dimensions,the internal processes and the learn and growth dimensions,we get the structure of the strategic map and Balanced Scorecard of Beijing University gymnasium.and put forward proposals to implement.
