| Physical functional training focuses on developing the strength quality of each link in the entire power chain,and enabling it to complete the process of connection,transmission and integration more harmoniously and smoothly,reduce the loss of energy in transmission,and improve the efficiency of strength use in competitive sports.At the same time,physical functional training can also pass the FMS test,find weak links,carry out targeted training,and prevent and reduce sports injuries.Physical functional training is a specialized movement exercise designed according to the characteristics of the target sport,which is why physical functional training can make training closer to the special actual combat.This thesis uses literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,data statistics method and other methods to explore the impact of physical functional training on the basic techniques of children’s table tennis,FMS test scoring and special physical fitness,compare the impact of physical functional training and traditional table tennis physical training,and provide reference help for more grassroots,provincial and municipal team coaches.According to my teaching in the youth training center of Xuzhou Table Tennis Association,40 children’s table tennis players were selected,randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the data of the pre-experimental test,each group of 20 children’s table tennis players,after testing there was no significant difference,the physical functional training was integrated into the warm-up exercise of daily table tennis training and after-school physical training,after 12 weeks of physical functional training and table tennis traditional physical training as a control experiment for two groups.To explore which experimental methods have a more positive impact on children’s table tennis techniques.Through the comparison of various data after the experiment,the results are as follows:(1)After 12 weeks of physical functional training,the experimental group performed squat action mode,hurdle step action mode,straight lunge action mode,shoulder flexibility action mode,active straight knee leg lift mode,trunk stable push-up action mode,torso rotation stability mode,forehand 1/2 forehand attack,backhand 1/2 backhand attack,forehand 1/2 forehand grab and loop backspin,backhand 1/2 backhand grab and loop backspin,whole stage unfixed point swing speed,all table unfixed point backspin grab,30 meters test run,The 1-minute skipping rope(double rock),one-minute sit-up,and figure-8 stepping point were significantly higher than the average score before the experiment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the score of the experimental group and the pretest in the 3000-meter test(P>0.05)。(2)After 12 weeks of traditional physical training in table tennis(the training time is the same,the content is different).The control group was significantly higher than the pre-experimental average score(P<0.05)in squat mode,forehand 1/2forehand attack,1/2 backhand backhand attack,forehand 1/2 forehand grab and loop backspin,backhand 1/2 backhand grab and loop backspin,30 m test run,1-minute jump rope(double rock),one-minute sit-up,figure 8 stepping point,and 3000 meters,and the control group’s scores in active straight knee leg lift mode,trunk stable push-up action mode,trunk rotation stability mode,whole unfixed swing speed,and whole stage unfixed backspin grab were not significantly different from those before the test(P>0.05)。(3)After 12 weeks of training,the scores of cross-hurdle step mode,straight lunge movement mode,shoulder flexibility action mode,active straight knee leg lift mode,trunk stable push-up action mode,trunk rotation stability mode,unfixed point swing speed and unfixed point backspin grab and pull in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the squat action mode,1/2 forehand attack,1/2 backhand backhand,1/2 forehand grab and loop backspin,1/2 backhand grab and loop backspin,30-meter test run,1-minute jump rope(double rock),one-minute sit-up,and figure-8 stepping point(P>0.05);In the 3000-meter test,the experimental group scored significantly lower than the control group score(P<0.05).Through the comparison of the above experimental data,this study concludes as follows:1.Physical functional training for FMS test action improvement is significantly better than table tennis traditional physical training,physical functional training can enhance muscle control,and can make it coordinate and smoothly complete the process of connection,transmission and integration,reduce the loss of energy in transmission,improve the efficiency of force use,strengthen and stabilize the body power chain,and significantly improve the body’s coordination and ability to maintain balance.2.From the perspective of children’s table tennis technology,physical functional training is significantly better than traditional physical training of table tennis,physical functional training can enable athletes to maintain a stable core and enhance balance ability in frequent running,from the test results of the whole unfixed point up and down spin ball,it can be seen that after the experiment,the children’s table tennis players in the pace of the move of the ball hit the stage rate significantly improved,the experimental group’s performance is significantly better than the control group.3.From the perspective of table tennis special physical fitness,the experimental group’s performance in the 30-meter test,one-minute sit-ups,one-minute skipping rope(double rock),and figure-eight stepping point was significantly better than that before the experiment and there was no obvious difference between the control group,and the performance in the 3000-meter running test was significantly lower than that of the control group.It shows that physical functional training has a significant effect on athletes in terms of speed,sensitivity and coordination,but has little effect on children’s table tennis players in terms of endurance quality. |
