Research On System Innovation In The Inheritance Of Folk Sports Culture In The New Era

China’s folk sports and regional culture are closely linked,and have distinctive national and traditional characteristics.However,in the current era of rapid urbanization and frequent foreign exchanges in China,the inheritance and development of folk sports culture are facing certain impacts.The disappearance of traditional regional culture or community culture will not only cause ecological imbalance in the cultural circle,but also result in the lack of cultural symbols for a nation,This further triggers a crisis in the inheritance and development of folk culture.At the same time,innovation is a key word and important feature of the current development of the new era,and institutional innovation is an important component of it.Therefore,by selecting Pudong Raolong Lantern as a case,this paper uses the methods of literature review,field research,case study and logical analysis to study and sort out the relevant development status of Pudong Raolong Lantern,explore the institutional innovation measures in the booming development process of Pudong Raolong Lantern,and the positive role of institutional innovation in its inheritance and protection.Based on a case study,the conclusion is drawn that institutional innovation is a new way to promote the inheritance of folk sports culture in the new era.This provides certain reference significance for the protection and inheritance of folk sports culture in the context of the development of the new era,and can better face the contradictions and conflicts between traditional culture and modern civilization,thus finding effective solutions and providing new ideas for the development of folk sports in China in the new era.The main conclusions are:1.The development and changes of China’s folk sports system have roughly gone through three stages: generation and prosperity,decline and stagnation,and restart and revival.The development of different stages of the system is closely related to the national conditions and historical background at that time;At present,although in the new era of development,China’s folk sports development has three advantages,namely,expanding the path,attaching importance to inheritance and innovating the development ideas,it still faces five aspects,such as its own limitations,external culture shock,inheritance development mechanism and social concerns.2.From the investigation results of the case study of the Pudong Dragon Lantern Festival,it can be seen that the institutional innovation of the Pudong Dragon Lantern Festival includes two parts: formal and informal systems,which are specifically reflected in the innovation of policies and laws,management systems,customs and concepts,ideology,and inheritance paths.These institutional innovations also exhibit five characteristics of synergy,integration,breakthrough,diversity,and mutual benefit,which not only promote the transformation of the value and function of the Pudong Dragon Lantern Festival,At the same time,it is also the fundamental reason why Pudong Dragon Lantern can flourish in the new era.3.Policies,laws,management systems,customs and concepts,ideologies,and inheritance paths are new and reliable ways to promote the inheritance of folk sports culture in the new era.However,institutional innovation of folk sports culture should also consider keeping up with the pace of the times,constantly adjusting,and developing dynamically.Otherwise,it will also cause the inheritance and development of folk sports culture to fall into a stagnant predicament.4.The inheritance of folk sports culture in the new era requires the construction of a good institutional innovation path for the inheritance of folk sports culture in the new era.The path of institutional innovation can be considered from five aspects: formulating policies and laws to protect,updating management systems to govern and improve,promoting the elimination of customs and habits,transforming ideology to keep up with the times,and emphasizing the reform and renovation of inheritance systems.
