| The "double reduction" policy is one of the important measures of China’s education reform,and also the key to the construction of high-quality education system.Teachers shoulder the great mission of teaching and educating people,which is the fundamental driving force for the vigorous development of education.The current modern society put forward more diversified requirements for teachers,not only to face the high demand of social high expectations,but also meet the requirements of the school environment to teachers ’emotion,and face the test of students to teachers,make teachers responsibility for higher standards,but also makes the teachers’ professional pressure surge,exacerbated the teachers’ empathy fatigue level.Based on this,this paper starts with the level of teachers’ empathy fatigue,discusses the influence of leisure sports on empathy fatigue,in order to study the influence mechanism of further educational reform policy formulation,relieve the professional pressure of teachers and improve the quality of education.This paper takes the empathic fatigue level of junior high school teachers in Shanghai during the implementation of the "double reduction" policy as the research object,investigates the influence of their leisure sports activity level on empathic fatigue through questionnaire and interview,and uses the psychological elasticity as the intermediary variable to study the influence mechanism and development law.This paper combs the concepts of leisure sports involvement,empathic fatigue and psychological resilience,and discusses the correlation relationship and influence mechanism between leisure sports involvement and empathy fatigue of junior middle school teachers inBased on the mature scale of physical education and psychology,the final questionnaire was formed through pre-investigation and related analysis,inspection and revision.Teachers from 16 middle schools in four administrative districts of Shanghai(Yangpu District,Jing’an District,Changning District and Putuo District)were selected and distributed online questionnaires,and 408 valid questionnaires were collected.The results were obtained by conducting reliability and validity test,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,differential feature analysis,establishing multiple linear regression model,influence analysis between variables and mediation effect test of psychological resilience through SPSS 27.0 software.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)the level of leisure sports involvement showed significant differences in terms of age,teaching age and length of participation in activities.(2)The level of psychological resilience showed significant differences in the length of a single participation activity.Cohorts with 31 to 60 minutes of each activity had higher levels of resilience than the other cohorts.(3)The level of empathic fatigue showed significant differences in position and types of leisure activities.(4)The improvement of the recreational sports related level of junior middle school teachers in Shanghai can effectively reduce their empathic fatigue level.(5)The higher the level of leisure sports involvement of Shanghai junior high school teachers is within a certain range.(6)The higher the level of psychological resilience,the lower the possibility of empathic fatigue among teachers.(7)The involvement level of leisure sports of junior middle school teachers in Shanghai can cause the improvement of their psychological elasticity level to a certain extent,thus reducing their empathy fatigue level or the possibility of occurrence.Through the above investigation and analysis,the following suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of society,schools and individual teachers: the government and society should improve the degree of empathy fatigue,emphasize the importance of teachers’ mental health;and formulate relevant policies through educational reform.Schools should focus on additional teachers,provide psychological counseling and decompression;create a good environment for teachers’ work and leisure,and organize teachers to build leisure activities regularly.Teachers should improve their awareness of occupational stress and strengthen their own "health care" awareness;actively participate in leisure sports activities,reduce negative emotional accumulation and reduce the level of empathy fatigue;pay attention to physical and mental health and enrich leisure life. |
