Research On The Practical Path Of Social Work Participation In The Integration Of Community Elderly Care Service Resources

The Party and government have always attached great importance to the issue of population aging,and the civil affairs department has promoted the construction of the "9073" elderly care model,which means that 90% of the elderly care at home,7% of the elderly care in the community,and 3% of the elderly care in institutions such as nursing homes.Community elderly care,as an important elderly care measure,has been promoted by the government.After years of development and accumulation of advantages,community elderly care services have also encountered a series of problems,mainly manifested as the disconnection between the content of community elderly care services and service needs,the lack of integration of medical services into the elderly care system,and insufficient utilization of service resources for the elderly.Therefore,how to meet the elderly’s elderly care needs and solve the current problem of community elderly care services has become a hot topic of concern in an aging society.This article studies the integration of elderly care service resources in S community from the perspective of social work.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,the current status of the integration of elderly care resources in S community is obtained.The ERG hierarchy of needs theory and social support theory are used to propose methods for integrating community elderly care resources to solve the current problems of single elderly care services and mismatched resource supply in S community.In practice,social workers first classify the elderly care needs of the S community into survival needs,relationship needs,and development needs based on the ERG hierarchy of needs theory,corresponding to the elderly’s daily care needs,medical care needs,and spiritual and cultural needs;Secondly,divide elderly care resources based on demand types,and understand the types of elderly care resources and the supply of elderly care resources in S community from aspects such as manpower,venue,and medical care.Finally,social workers carry out the specific practical process of resource integration based on the demand oriented supply of community elderly care resources.They propose to take the government as the lead,with the participation of communities and social workers,continuously explore and cultivate community human resources,activate community site resources,and improve community medical resources.In the process of resource integration,the author starts from the concept of realizing community resource integration and promoting community common development in the community development model,and explores the practical path of community elderly care resource integration from three aspects: resource exploration,resource linking,and resource allocation.Mainly including: firstly,understanding different resource providers through resource exploration to establish multi-party cooperative relationships and assisting community elders in exploring existing resources in the community;Secondly,on the basis of exploration,we will carry out resource linking services,mobilize community human resources through social workers,establish a community life care service team,and actively build a mutual assistance platform for elderly care through time banks;Draw a map of community elderly assistance resources in activating community site resources,negotiate site usage rules,and use the site space to provide cultural and entertainment space for the elderly.Fill the idle space of the community with illustrations,rule formulation,and activity development.In improving the supply of medical resources,social workers actively link medical social worker resources and use communities as carriers to build a platform for elderly health and wellness,gathering medical resources both inside and outside the community into the community.Thirdly,based on the achievements of resource linkage,community elderly care resource allocation services will be carried out to effectively sink resources into community elderly care services and establish a mutually beneficial relationship among multiple parties to promote the sustainable development of elderly care resources,gradually establishing a community elderly care service resource pool.By exploring,linking,and configuring the process of integrating community elderly care service resources,we can further meet the needs of elderly care in S community,solve the problem of integrating community elderly care service resources,and provide valuable experience and paths for other community elderly care service practices.Through the above practical exploration,the main research findings are as follows.Firstly,demand-oriented integration of community elderly care resources can better meet the needs of service recipients and achieve precise integration between elderly care needs and community elderly care resources;Secondly,the participation of multiple entities in building formal and informal elderly care service platforms is the way out to solve the problem of community elderly care services;Thirdly,under the leadership of the government,social workers carry out community elderly care resource integration services and advocate the establishment of a mutually beneficial network of cooperation among multiple parties,which is conducive to improving the supply level of elderly care resources and gradually forming a sustainable elderly care service path;Fourthly,social worker collaboration is an important strategy for integrating community elderly care resources and solving community elderly care problems.In the process of participating in resource integration,social work should also maintain its own independence of concept,and provide personalized assistance to service objects in accordance with social work values and professional methods.
