A growing trend of aging population of China has brought tremendous pressure on the domestic elderly care system.As a part of culture and entertainment in community service,community education is one of the important content for elderly services.Through the framework of SAPAD,a new system construction for the existing community elderly education experience will be designed.Using the literature method to understand the community elderly education in the background of Medical integration home care.Determine the goals and complete the preresearch with the questionnaire method.Taking community English classes in Guangzhou as research case,this topic deeply studies lifestyle and community education experience of the elders,social workers and volunteers who are the main users of community elderly education.To discover important behaviors related to experience of community education through the daily life of users such as reading English passages from Wechat,interacting with grandchildren in English,watching English programs and communicating with locals in English when travelling,we know the goals and expectations of the elders,social workers and volunteers in the community education experience.According to extracting six levels of related behaviors “physical level”,“syntactic level”,“empiric level”,“semantic level”,“pragmatic level” and “social level” to complete the mapping relation of behavior-object-significance.Then,it is about the cluster analysis of different levels of meaning multiple users,constructing 16 core meaning clusters and correlating them with syntactic level cluster results to gain six new function modulewhich include information storage and communication module,multi-dimensional learning module,social learning group,self-presentation module,incentives module,inter-generational interaction module.Last,the core meaning cluster analysis of semantic level,pragmatic level and social level will clarify the system's goal,balance the needs of the three stakeholders and construct a community elder education service system on the methods of personas,service blueprint,storyboards.It solves the problem of low efficiency in communication,frustration due to physical deterioration of the elderly,lack of self-display opportunities,need external incentives to promote learning.On the other side,in older system,social workers cannot get old people's status in time that they can't promote case service.There is a conflict between the shortage of volunteer time and the high learning demand of the elderly.From a theoretical perspective,it's the first time SAPAD is used among various stakeholders and to complete the entire process from understanding user needs to insight design opportunities and even experience design creation,which is benefit for constantly improving the SAPAD theory.From a practical level,new service experience design is to improve learning efficiency of the elderly community and working efficiency of social work,meet the learning and emotional needs of the elders in community education,and enhance the experience of the elders,social workers and volunteers in the community education.
