Research On Supply And Demand Matching And Countermeasures Of Community Home Care Services From The Perspective Of Welfare Pluralism

At present,China’s population aging degree deepening,constantly on the problem of pension Traditional family functions in the process of urbanization impact and change,social endowment service system is obvious change accordingly The government in order to solve the traditional family endowment function decline and a variety of pension problems of an aging population brings,advocate the community home endowment as a new endowment mode Therefore,at the policy level,the state has clearly established a home-based,community-supported and institution-based elderly care service system,which guides the introduction of community home care service policies and promotes the development and construction of community home care service system.As an important part of China’s future social elderly care services,community home care service is still in the early stage of development and is far from specialization There is still a certain distance to systematize,and each region is also actively exploring the service model.At present,most studies are still at the theoretical level or the summary of service model,and there are few studies on the supply and demand matching of community home care services in a certain region.Therefore,the study of this paper has both theoretical and practical significance.This study conducted in-depth interviews with the main suppliers and service demandsmen of L District community home care service,adopted the qualitative research method to analyze the data,and guided by the theory of welfare pluralism,studied the current situation and causes of supply and demand matching of L District community home care service The study found that L District community home care services in the main supply of problems,such as the government level of policy has not formed a system,lack of capital investment,community infrastructure is not complete,social work service institutions service is not standard,project social workers professional literacy is low In view of the problems at the supply level,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,including establishing and improving relevant policies at the government level,integrating community resources at the community level,strengthening supervision and professional training at the level of social work institutions,and enhancing professional faith and improving professional quality at the level of project social workers.Through the study on the supply and demand of community home care in Lishui District,this study provides reference for the construction and specific work of community home care system in other areas.
