An Experimental Study Of Sports Education Model In Basketball Teaching For Students At Three Levels

This article uses the sports education model to carry on the basketball teaching experiment research to the elementary school level three stages students,respectively from the student’s physical quality,the movement skill,the movement scene motivation,the creativity several aspects to carry on the experiment test;Taking the traditional physical education model as a comparison with the sports education model,the comparative study of teaching experiment was carried out.In this paper,the literature method,experiment method,questionnaire method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method for research.Literature method By accessing Wanfang database,CNKI and using CNKI research software and PDF text viewing software to view,study and analyze related papers.At the same time,I borrowed books,magazines and periodicals about physical education teachers,teaching methods,psychological evaluation scales,psychology and other aspects from Yunnan Normal University Library.The experimental rule is to apply the sports education mode and traditional teaching mode to the experimental class and the control class,through the analysis of the test data before and after the experimental class and the control class,to verify the teaching effect of different teaching modes,and provide teaching ideas for the physical education teaching practitioners.The questionnaire survey was conducted to test and compare the relevant abilities of students by giving out Motor Situational Motivation Scale and Williamson Creativity Propensity Scale before and after teaching.The selection of sports teaching test items,validity evaluation of questionnaire and error control were discussed by visiting physical education teaching experts and backbone teachers of primary schools,so as to ensure the smooth progress of this experiment.Finally,mathematical statistics and logic analysis are used to analyze and sort out the test data to ensure the scientificity and rigor of the experiment.After the experiment,the following test results are obtained:(1)After the test,there were significant differences in physical quality between the experimental class and the control class in terms of 50-meter run and 50-meter X8round-trip run.The performance of the experimental class was better than that of the control class,but there was no significant difference in the performance of 30-second wave jump,sitting forward bend and one-minute sit-up.(2)After the test,there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in terms of basic skills,such as 20-meter X4 round-trip dribbling,one-minute shooting and test scores,but there was significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in two-handed chest passing during the 20-meter X2 march.(3)After the test,there was significant difference in the internal motivation dimension between the experimental class and the control class,the experimental class was better than the control class,and there was no significant difference in the discrimination principle,externalization principle and lack of motivation,among which,the discrimination principle and lack of motivation mean control class was slightly better than the experimental class.(4)After the experiment,the experimental class and the control class have significant differences in the dimensions of adventure,imagination and challenge in creativity,the experimental class is better than the control class,but there is no significant difference in the dimension of curiosity,and the control class is slightly better than the experimental class.Research conclusions:(1)Compared with traditional teaching mode,sports education mode can effectively improve the endurance level and speed level of Level 3 students in physical fitness.(2)Sports education mode can improve students’ tacit cooperation and adaptability,and give full play to team strength under the condition of limited individual skills.In terms of individual skills,students under the traditional teaching mode have a more solid and standardized grasp of skills.(3)The form of competition can cultivate students’ active communication habits in sports and their ability to boldly try skills.(4)The teaching mode that satisfies the "play" nature of Level 3 students and the implementation of the principle of difference can release the psychology of self-presentation and desire for freedom of students and enable them to actively participate in sports.(5)The increase of exercise density brings more secretion of excitatory physiological hormones,releases students’ academic pressure,makes students more sanguineous,and enhances students’ interest in surrounding things and enthusiasm for exploration.(6)The improvement of self-play space and the acquisition of various experiences in teaching enable students to describe the relevant pictures of sports and role playing in their minds,realize the application of imagination training method in teaching,and stimulate students’ awareness of challenge and imagination.(7)New teaching methods guide students out of the traditional teaching mode they are used to,and teachers’ full trust in students promotes mutual appreciation and acceptance between teachers and students,making students more confident to try new things.
