Research Objective: China’s Education Modernization 2035 promotes the process of combining modern information technology with traditional teaching reform.The rise of OBE educational concept provides valuable thinking for the reform of Chinese higher education,and introduces the concept of OBE educational concept into the teaching of track and field specialty in physical education,in order to solve the problem of separating talent training from social demand.In the hurdle teaching which is full of technical and practical,the "two-track mixing" teaching based on OBE concept is adopted to explore its feasibility and effectiveness,enrich the online teaching resources of track and field hurdle,and make up for the shortage of theoretical teaching hours of hurdle teaching.Research methods: By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the students of Class C of physical education major of Yunnan Normal University,Grade 2021,were selected as the experimental objects,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted "two-line mixing" teaching,and the control group adopted conventional teaching.Before the experiment,the basic knowledge of hurdle theory,physical fitness and physical form of students were tested and analyzed.After the experiment,the basic knowledge of hurdle theory,the achievement of hurdle sports standards,the technical performance of hurdle sports,the degree of achievement of teaching objectives and class satisfaction of students were tested and analyzed.Research results:(1)In terms of theoretical knowledge achievement,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group;There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).In terms of athletic technique performance,there were significant differences between the two groups in decomposition technique and complete technique(P < 0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.(2)In terms of achievement degree of teaching objectives,the average achievement degree of objectives 1 to 5 is 0.841,0.812,0.887,0.88 and 0.92,which are all higher than 0.80.(3)In terms of classroom satisfaction,the experimental group students’ learning interest,learning initiative and comprehensive ability were improved.Research conclusion:(1)Based on the concept of OBE,this paper focuses on the teaching design of hurdle "two-line mixing",and constructs the teaching design of the consistency of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process and teaching evaluation.Five teaching objectives are designed;The learning resources in the teaching content include design resources and utilization resources;The teaching process includes three stages: self-study before class,cooperative practice in class and consolidation and expansion after class.Teaching evaluation adopts diagnostic evaluation,process evaluation and terminal evaluation.(2)The OBE-based hurdle "two-track mixing" teaching improves students’ hurdle theoretical knowledge and athletic skill performance,but sports achievement has no significant influence.(3)Based on the concept of OBE,the hurdle "two-line mixing" teaching promotes the achievement of teaching objectives.(4)The "two-line mixed" teaching based on the OBE concept has improved students’ satisfaction with the classroom.Based on the research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)The teaching design based on the concept of OBE should be properly adjusted according to the actual situation of students,constantly optimize the teaching design,and constantly update the teaching resources.(2)The "two-track mixing" teaching based on the OBE concept has achieved some results in the aspects of hurdle theoretical knowledge and athletic technique performance,but it is only a preliminary attempt.Other results of this teaching mode should be actively explored constantly.(3)When adopting "two-line mixing" teaching,teachers should clearly define the achievement degree of teaching objectives and select accurate goal achievement indicators so as to accurately calculate the achievement degree of teaching objectives.(4)In the process of "two-line mixing" teaching,teachers should conduct reasonable teaching organization,effectively guide and manage teaching activities,so as to improve classroom satisfaction.
