Self-efficacy is a concept associated with the ability, but it is not a person’s skills and real ability, but rather refers to a person’s degree of confidence. Self-efficacy refers to the person to make a success of their own achievements behavior subjective judgment, it is synonymous with the ability to sense of self, showing people to achieve their own specific areas of behavioral targeting capabilities needed confidence or belief. Self-efficacy is a measure of mental health is an important criterion for a person who can influence people’s level of effort in learning, face difficulties in learning, stamina and emotional reactions to learning failure, and the ability to regulate human behavior. Studies have shown that high self-efficacy in people with confidence in their abilities, will take the initiative to choose their own ability and challenging task in the face of difficulties will pay unremitting efforts, trying to overcome the difficulties, whereas low self-efficacy in people is easy to produce negative emotions, trying to escape, easy to give up.Objective: We designed experiments carried out by the special psychological training to girls, girls strengthen self-efficacy and mental capacity, and strive to use teaching methods combined with self-efficacy training to improve girls self-confidence and courage to overcome obstacles to improve hurdles lesson the quality of teaching in order to study the relationship between self-efficacy empirical and practical hurdles teaching.Methods: In this study, Linyi University Sports Institute 2013 PE and community sports professional education for a total of 46 female subjects. Before the experiment, after the adoption of the form of questionnaires psychological tests for students to understand the girl in the face the hurdle of mental state and psychological phenomenon lesson learning hurdles; combined with expert interviews and literature, according to the actual situation of teaching in two teaching modes according to different training methods were teaching experiment, the experimental group to adopt a combination of psychological skills training teaching mode, the control group received the traditional teaching model to physical fitness and skill-based training. As a new teaching model to try to enhance self-efficacy training, mobilize the enthusiasm of students, enhance motivation, learning from passive to active learning, actively solve problems, overcome hurdles fear barrier, and give full play Hurdle technology to improve the self-confidence and self-efficacy; 3.self-efficacy training to improve the quality of teaching and level by optimizing the teaching methods, the use of goal setting training and imagery training to enable students to better grasp Hurdle technology and the right learning methods; 4.strengthening the new teaching model of self-efficacy training, further Bandura’s self-efficacy theory and PE teaching practice, by optimizing the teaching methods, the effective completion of the intended goal of the experiment, improve the quality of teaching for the college of education Hurdle provide new ideas, as well as developing and teaching level Hurdle provide continuous improvement projects a more powerful support.
