It is an kind of expectations, perceptions and confidence that individual's capacity to achieve specific objectives. It is a driving factor between motivation and behavior. Self-efficacy affect students learning effort , the difficulties they faced in learning and emotions after failure. Self-belief inspire human behavior and their selection .Therefore,self-efficacy may be regarded as potential human psychology and behavior play in a motivational factors. In the hurdles course teaching of track and field in the Sports College, because of women's inferior nature, psychological -- barriers is inevitable. Only a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the methods and means to improve self- efficacy and correctly understand the nature and features of sports could choose reasonable means and methods of effective training to rapidly improve the ability to overcome psychological barriers, improve self-confidence .That is self-efficacy.Research purposes :(1)through experimental studies to improve the female college students's skill in hurdle training , and strengthen skill and mind training to improve the effectiveness of teaching and training;(2)train girls to become brave, indomitable, resolute and decisive willpower to increase the ability to overcome the psychological barrier(;3)further improve the efficiency theory, enhance psychological and skill training's combinination , to provide guidance for coaches in their teaching and offer a new point of view in the reform of hurdle teaching in P.E.colleges and universities. The experiment select 40 girl in the 2008 grade of sports department in xi'an institute of physical education, and randomly divided into experiment group and control group. According to the syllabus, use traditional teaching method to teach control group. The experiment group using the combined teaching method of traditional self-efficiency training. This paper use document analysis experts interviews, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, psychological testing and teaching experient methods. The experient follow the teaching and training principles.Using "self-e efficacy training "method in female class in hurdle traing to test its effects on overcome the fear of hurdle. In the experiment group, use " combined teaching method of traditional self-efficiency training", after nine times experiments, the results of T tests arer: 1. there are differences in constitution in the experiment and control group, but it is not obvious. The experiment group is characterized in separate legs and 30m get of the mark, and control group is characterized in separate legs and side stride;2 compare the confidence and self- efficacy of experiment and control group an: Ta 2.20 > Tb 1.750, Ta1 1.97 >Tb1 1.87 the experiment shows that there are remarkable differences;3. experient group "fear of hurdle" psychological T test( T > 1.96 ) are greater than control group , differences are obvious; 4. the two groups of the examination T result is 2.118, skill test result is 2.564, showed obvious differences. Conclusion: 1. The experiment group mode of teaching is better than the control group, and the ability to overcome the psychological barriers is also better shows the improvement of self-efficiency;2. in the hurdle teaching process, there are uncontrolled factors, the selection of training means ,teaching methods and the feedback of teaching should pay great attention, and record carefully;3.based on thefulfillment of the teaching objective, help the students learn to plan, and achieve the goals;4 in the hurdle lessons, we should strengthen stuends sense of proportion of efficiency and frequency and the use of time to improve the teaching result.
