An Interventional Study Of Group Work To Promote Community Participation Of Younger Seniors

Our country has entered an aging society,mobilizing the communities of the young elderly to participate in conforming to the trend of multi-subject participation advocated by the country.Most of the younger elderly have just retired from social functions,and factors such as rich life experience and abundant spare time are conducive to their important role in community participation.Therefore,promoting the community participation of the younger elderly has a positive effect on the elderly,the community and the society.Under the guidance of activities,empowerment theory and role theory of the younger elderly,this study takes the A community in Langfang,Hebei Province as the research point,selects the younger elderly in A community as the survey objects,conducts questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview on the younger elderly and staff in this community,and through participatory observation,has A deep understanding of the basic situation of the A community.By analyzing the community participation situation of the younger elderly in this community,it is concluded that the current situation of the younger elderly in this community is low participation rate,single participation type and lack of willingness to participate.It is also summarized that the current problems of the younger elderly in community participation are complicated motivation,negative participation attitude and limited participation space.The reasons are analyzed from the aspects of individual,family and community,among which the individual level is mainly the lack of participation consciousness of the younger elderly,the influence of personal interest,the influence of personal circle of friends;At the family level,the community participation level is mainly affected by the factors of intergenerational parenting education and the lack of support from family members.At the community level,the main factors are not rich content of activities and the influence of a single propaganda channel.Community participation of the younger elderly has certain advantages,such as sufficient time,energy and physical strength,and certain prestige and power,so as to drive the development and construction of the community.Through investigation and research,six group activities were designed to enhance the sense of community participation and participation of the younger elderly through group activities.The activities of the group mainly include increasing community identity and sense of ownership,helping members to change their sense of role so as to promote the level of community governance,empowering and empowering group members to promote community construction and community development.Through the follow-up result evaluation,it can be seen that the group members have significantly improved their awareness of community participation,and promoted the development and construction of the community through community affairs.The group work method plays a positive role in improving the community participation of the younger elderly.Finally,the author reflects on the form of group and the ability of social workers.In view of the shortcomings,the author puts forward suggestions hoping to explore an effective way for social work to help the younger elderly to enhance community participation.
