| Agricultural technology extension system is an important part of agricultural modernization construction and agricultural support and protection system,agricultural technology extension plays an important role in transmitting agricultural technology information to farmers,and agricultural technology extension is also an important tool to achieve "industrial prosperity".With the change of the needs of agricultural modernization development,our agricultural technology extension system has been transformed from the single agricultural technology extension system with the government as the main body to the multi-body participation of agricultural technology extension system.The leading mode of agricultural technology extension in colleges has become an important way to provide services for farmers in agricultural technology extension.In addition,the research on the efficiency of agricultural technology extension can objectively understand the state of agricultural technology extension,not only can make a comprehensive judgment on the development level of agricultural technology extension,but also can make scientific,reasonable and feasible agricultural technology extension development plan according to the main body of the extension,and make a more reasonable allocation of the resources invested in each part of agricultural technology extension.It is of great practical significance to improve the use efficiency of agricultural technology extension resources and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of agriculture.It is also conducive to strengthening the support of agricultural science and technology and equipment and promoting the high-quality development of rural industries.This study uses efficiency theory,agricultural technology diffusion theory and other theoretical perspectives to study the agricultural technology extension efficiency of Yulin small grains experimental demonstration station under the university-led agricultural technology extension mode.Based on the systematic review of domestic and foreign literature,DEA analysis method was finally selected to study the efficiency of agricultural technology extension.Then choose DEA model for yulin small grains,efficiency measurement,experiment and demonstration stations agro-technique extension in the model are determined on the basis of predecessors’ research achievements of promotion efficiency indicators and data sources,finally by measuring results clearly yulin small coarse cereals experiment and demonstration stations to extension effect and the improvement direction.The results showed that the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural technology extension in Yulin small grains experiment and demonstration station was good,and the agricultural technology extension effect was remarkable.The average DEA comprehensive efficiency was 0.907,the average pure technical efficiency was 0.979,and the average scale efficiency was 0.927.The comprehensive efficiency level is mainly affected by scale efficiency,so it is necessary to optimize the allocation of input resources to improve the redundancy of input.At present,the return to scale of agricultural technology extension is in the transition stage from increasing return to unchanged return to scale.The environmental factor other than the regional economic development level should be considered to improve the efficiency of agricultural technology extension.Therefore,the key points to improve the efficiency of agricultural technology extension at the experimental station are as follows:(1)Based on the demand,optimize the top-level design,and make reasonable use of agricultural technology extension technical training resources;Attach importance to the substantial effect of agricultural technology extension training.Make full use of production occasions and production time for farmers to carry out continuous technical training,enhance the enthusiasm of farmers to learn.(2)expand the scale of investment in agricultural technology popularization;The experimental station should expand the training scale of students in the station,constantly train high-quality technical personnel,and pay attention to the cultivation of innovation consciousness,so as to stabilize the number of new agricultural technologies and new varieties at the source.(3)Seize policy opportunities and create a favorable environment for agricultural technology promotion.Establish a support mechanism for agricultural technology transfer investment with stable government input,increasing market input,and different priorities for government and market input.To guide the investment of social capital,scientific planning and layout of agricultural science and technology incubators,and enhance the initiative of scientific research institutions to transform results. |
