Evaluation Of Agricultural Land Transfer Efficiency In Six Central Pronvinces And Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Land Transfer

The prosperity and progress of any country is closely related to its own land and farmers.As the country with the largest population in the world today,it means that if the problems related to agriculture cannot be fully resolved,it will affect the tranquility and peace of the entire society.As the most critical commodity grain production area in China,the six provinces in central China are mainly responsible for ensuring the stable supply of domestic agricultural products and completing the effective supply of high-quality agricultural products.As our country has a large population at present,but the scope of land that can be used for farming is relatively small,this means that only by increasing the utilization rate and land market-oriented transactions can we develop our own land use.Therefore,the promotion of rural land transfer will become the primary way to improve agricultural construction land,and the rational allocation of land resources is also the focus of its quality assurance.In this context,this thesis attempts to systematically describe the current situation of agricultural land transfer in the six central provinces,analyzes the efficiency of agricultural land transfer in the six central provinces,and conducts scientific evaluation and regional comparisons.It can provide the government with scientific basis and intellectual support for the scientific implementation of agricultural land transfer work,so that it can play an important role in the process of domestic agricultural development.This thesis first establishes the relevant meanings of land transfer and agricultural land resource transfer efficiency,and at the same time sorts out some other related theories,and establishes an analytical framework for the evaluation of agricultural land resource transfer efficiency,from economic,social and natural ecology,etc.A comprehensive consideration of factors affecting land transfer efficiency from multiple perspectives,selection of relevant input-output indicators,and data envelopment analysis(DEA)were used to score the transfer efficiency of land resources and proceed to analyze.This paper combines the design of the C^2 R and BC^2 models of data envelopment analysis with the research of the Malquist model for practical application.The paper organizes and integrates the macroscopic aspects of each province from 2008 to 2018 and the values related to the indicators,respectively Analyzed the development trend of efficiency in each province from2008 to 2018;explained the influencing factors in the process of land transfer from the micro perspective based on the Probit model.After research,it is concluded that the six provinces in the central region that achieved DEA efficiency from 2008 to 2018 are Anhui and Jiangxi respectively,indicating that Anhui and Jiangxi have relatively good agricultural land resource transfer work;microscopically,farmers’ family economy The level of land used,the area of land used,and the efficiency of agricultural production have a positive impact on the circulation of agricultural land resources.The study believes that the implementation of agricultural land transfer should fully respect the wishes of the farmers,establish and improve the corresponding service system in each region,and actively play the leading and leading role of local governments.
