Research On The Current Situation And Characteristics Of Mass Sports Events In Yunnan Province

With the continuous deepening of Healthy China and National Fitness,the rapidly developing mass sports events have become a booster for China to build a strong sports country and lay a solid foundation for mass sports.Mass sports events are mass sports competitions with project management characteristics,organizational cultural background,and market potential,carried out with the aim of meeting the sports needs of ordinary people and improving their physical and mental health,under the constraints of certain competition rules,traditional customs,and various factors.Based on the research results of domestic scholars,it has been found that there is relatively more research on economically developed regions in China,but relatively less research on underdeveloped border ethnic areas.Therefore,this article intends to use literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,induction,data analysis,and logical analysis methods to study the current situation and characteristics of mass sports events in Yunnan,which is located in the border region.Mainly by analyzing the development status of mass sports events in Yunnan in the past five years,summarizing the characteristics and main problems of the events,and proposing countermeasures,finally discussing and analyzing the construction of the future mass sports event system,providing guidance for the better and faster development of mass sports in Yunnan.Conclusion:(1)The policy system is basically sound,and the scale of mass sports events is showing an upward trend.The types of competitions and the structure of participants are diversified,the operational ability of events is improved,the infrastructure construction of sports venues is improved,and funding investment continues to increase.In the past five years,1.123 billion yuan has been invested,and the benefits of mass sports events continue to improve.(2)Features: The five major features include the integrated development of multi-ethnic sports projects,the humanization of public participation methods,the multi-level distribution of events,the integration of foreign exchange and integration of border sports events,and the deep integration of the tourism industry.(3)There is a lack of event management personnel,insufficient implementation of grassroots policies,scattered and single distribution of events,lack of systematization,lack of standardization in event operation and control,and imperfect event guarantee mechanisms.Publicity services are particularly prominent,and event evaluation mechanisms are insufficient to demonstrate the effectiveness of the event.(4)Five optimization measures: promote the effective implementation of policies at all levels,shape a good supervision environment,promote innovation in event content,enrich the setting of event projects,improve the diversification of organizational forms,clarify the rights and responsibilities of organizational structures,enhance the guarantee mechanism of events,improve the level of event publicity services,unleash the value of events,and expand the benefits of events.Suggestions:(1)Overall layout,priority development,hierarchical classification,and gradual implementation;(2)Improve the construction of the competition system and improve the supervision mechanism;(3)Expand the scale of facility construction and allocate resources reasonably;(4)Promote the construction of a multi-level event system and consolidate the cornerstone of event development;(5)Cultivate social organizations and improve the event organization system;...
