The Present Situation And Counter Measures Of The Social Sports Instructors In Hunan Province

As an organizer,instructor and dissemination of social sports,thesocial sports instructor's functions has significant influence on the socialsports' further socialization, scientificalization,industruialization andlegalization and directly affects the quality,depth and breadth of ourcountry' social sports development.Item 11 in "SPORTS LAW"stipulates that the country implements "SOCIAL SPORTSINSTRUCTOR TECHNOLOGY HIERARCHICAL SYSTEM ".Thesocial sports instructor carries on the instruction to the social sports.Theadministrative regulation "All the People's Health plan Outline",which isprinted and distributed by the State Council Stipulates "IMPLEMENTSOCIAL SPORTS INSTRUCTOR TECHNOLOGY HIERARCHICALSYSTEM ",and "strengthen the construction of the social sportsbackbone troop."This subject adopts such research approach as documents andmaterials, interviewing experts, investigating, questionnaire, investigation,mathematical statistics,etc. In the thesis,positivism analysis method isuse as and a wide range of knowledge which involves in physicaleducation,demotics and other subjects is comprehensively used aswell.standing on the social sports sustainable development,itinvestigates the social sports instructor' present situation in Hunan,inorder to find out the exiting problems and restricting factors and seek forthe effective ways in which the social sports instrutors.First, it analyzes Hunan social sports instructors' present situation andobtains that at present,the gap between from Hunan social sportsinstuctors' quantity to quality is relatively large and the social hierarchicalproportion is imbalanced and each rank level has not formed reasonableflowing and running mechanism;the training waits for furtherconsummates. Next, it points out the problem in social sports instructors'development:the resource storage of the social sports instructors isinsufficient,the quality is not high,the resource's dispositional process isunreasonable,the social sports instructors are not made good use of;theadvantages that universities train social train social instructors need to bemade full use of;the experiment sits and practice of the credentials forsocial sports instructors are relatively lag; the persistent effectivemechanism has not formed; funds invested are insufficient;the absolutequantity of the existing sports sits'facilities are few.Finally, the background in which Hunan society sports instructordevelopment is analyzed and the related countermeasures are proposedaiming at the present situation of Hunan Social sports instructors as wellas the problem in it's development process...
