Computational thinking is an important part of the key competencies of Information science and technology discipline in the stage of compulsory education,a kind of thought and method that learners benefit for life.In teaching practice,it is the research hotspot of information technology curriculum,deconstruct computational thinking,reform teaching mode,select teaching content,optimize teaching design,and effectively improve computational thinking,in classroom practice.Graphic programming teaching is the main channel to cultivate computational thinking,the Scratch programming language takes an intuitive building-block approach.It not only contains abstract,logical and symbolic programming thinking,but also reduces students’ cognitive load.In this way,more cognitive space is reserved for students to help students improve their computational thinking ability.In view of the current difficulties in the training of computational thinking in primary schools,problems such as lack of sense of acquisition of learning subjects,unitary teaching evaluation and lack of process evaluation.On the basis of explaining the connotation and characteristics of computational thinking,summarizing the elements and characteristics of PBL teaching model,and summarizing the advantages of graphic programming,this study clarifies the correlation between computational thinking and PBL teaching model.,based on Piaget’s constructivist learning theory and cognitive development theory,Dewey’s pragmatic education theory,and Meta-cognitive theory,constructed computational thinking training model based on PBL.Using Scratch programming software as a teaching medium,design and implement teaching case that training of computational thinking based on PBL.In the teaching experiment,the model was adjusted and optimized by using the Scratch learning questionnaire survey data,the development status of students’ computational thinking was quantitatively analyzed,by using Bebras computational thinking test,computational thinking scale and students’ programming performance.The result of research shows that the model can effectively improve students’ programming ability and computational thinking ability,students’ computational thinking has undergone a positive change.The results of this study achievements is that analyse elements of computational thinking,unscramble that curriculum standards put forward requirements for educational objectives and paths,summarize the core elements of PBL teaching model,explore the incidence relation between computational thinking and PBL teaching model,construct computational thinking training model based on PBL,under the guidance of the model,combine teaching objectives and teaching content,design and implement pattern-based teaching cases,provide examples for teachers to carry out teaching practice.The development of students’ computational thinking is evaluated by combination evaluation,provides reference for teachers to evaluate students’ computational thinking in multiple ways.
