Nowadays,there are few studies on Tibetan football,and the relevant research only briefly mentions Tibetan football,and does not mention the source,evolution and current development status of Tibetan football.In this paper,research methods such as literature method,fieldwork method,logical analysis method,interview method and observation method are used to carry out research.Collect the real information of Tibetan football in Labrang Monastery by effectively participating in the development of Tibetan football activities in Labrang Monastery,and sort out the development methods of Tibetan football in Labrang Monastery;Combined with real information and relevant historical materials,the origin and development of Tibetan football in Labrang Monastery are speculated;Explore the sports value of Tibetan football in Labrang Monastery through experiential sports effects and objective analysis;Combined with policy orientation and actual situation,it puts forward appropriate development ideas for Tibetan football in Labrang Monastery.Through the study,it is found that the Tibetan football of Labrang Monastery has three origin theories: the origin theory of wishes,the evolution of polo and the evolution of Keju,which has gone through four stages: start-up,development,stagnation and disappearance,and closed development,and the evolution is concentrated in two aspects: football equipment and football shoes,and now it is only carried out in three days;Labrang Monastery Tibetan football is carried out by kicking the ball upwards,and the participants can spread their wishes in the football at high altitude by kicking the football upwards,so as to realize the auspicious wish for the happiness of the people,and the relationship between modern football technology and Tibetan football technology presents the inclusion and inclusion;Tibetan football is a festival with sacrificial significance,reflecting the Chinese nation’s advocacy of kindness.Labrang Monastery Tibetan football was carried out and passed down by young monks of all generations,but there is no special means of protection inside and outside the monastery,and it has not been entered into the list of intangible cultural heritage;The monks of Labrang Monastery do not deliberately protect Tibetan football,nor do they prohibit the development of Tibetan football,but they do not want excessive attention from the outside world to affect the monks’ practice.In this paper,the following suggestions are put forward: researchers should invest more research,fully understand and explore the relevant information of Tibetan football,help explore the work of folk sports,and enrich the research categories of folk sports;Give full play to the value of Tibetan football in physical exercise,spiritual pursuit and cultural activities,explore the way for Tibetan football to be integrated into local national fitness activities,make full use of the characteristics of Tibetan football,give full play to the similarity between Tibetan football and modern football at the technical level,and explore effective ways for Tibetan football and modern football to promote each other;Explore the development model of "festival + tourism",appropriately develop the tourism and other values of Tibetan football,and help the development of local culture and economy;Relevant departments paid attention to Tibetan football in Labrang Monastery,compiled information about Tibetan football,actively declared intangible cultural heritage,established a protection and inheritance mechanism for Tibetan football in Labrang Monastery,and supported the development of Tibetan football in Labrang Monastery to a certain extent;The research,development and dissemination of Tibetan football at Labrang Monastery should be carried out with respect and should not disturb the practice of monks.
