| The Trans-Theoretical Model(TTM)is a comprehensive psychological research model that has been very successful in the field of health behaviour in recent years and has been applied in many health behaviour change studies and is one of the most important theoretical models of health promotion development.According to the results of the seventh China Student Physical Health Monitoring Survey, the physical quality of college students in China continues to show a declining trend. The new crown pneumonia epidemic in December 2019 brought disaster to the national system, but home isolation gave a hotbed for the development of a combined online and offline approach to physical exercise, which is very beneficial for master’s degree students whose health level is only at the passing line to improve their physical exercise level. This study is based on a cross-theoretical model and uses literature, survey and experimental methods to investigate and research full-time non-physical education master’s degree students at Northwest Normal University. The study was conducted to understand the current situation of physical activity behaviour of master’s students and to verify the practicality and effectiveness of Keep software in improving the physical activity level of master’s students through experimental intervention. The main findings of the study are as follows:(1)The overall average amount of physical exercise is low,the awareness of physical exercise is not high.Nearly 80% of the master students are still in the no-exercise stage, the overall situation is not optimistic;in the change stage, the largest number is the least, the overall left peak inverted U of "high in the middle, low on both sides",in each stages, boys are significantly higher than girls,in cultural and history majors, slightly higher than the literature and history majors.(2)Keep software has obvious effect on postgraduate physical exercise behavior.88.3% of the intention participants and 63.3% of the preparation participants transition to the higher stage;the amount of physical activity increases significantly, and the increase rate is not significantly different between gender and specialty.(3)After the experimental intervention, the physical activity level(P <0.01),self-efficacy(P <0.05)and perceptual benefit(P <0.05)were all significantly improved with the overall subject change stage, and the perceptual impairment decreased to a certain extent, which was consistent with the hypothesis of TTM theory. |
