Social interaction of learners in online learning environment refers to the process of resource sharing,viewpoint exchange and knowledge sharing between teachers and students and between students through the interactive function of online course platform.With the development of education informatization and the advent of the post-epidemic era,online courses have become a normal course model,which has been favored and recognized by many schools.The lack of face-to-face communication in distance learning leads to a sense of loneliness and slack in the learning process.Interaction in online learning can promote learners’ knowledge construction,enhance information and emotional communication,and help learners to have a sense of belonging,social presence and identity.Therefore,how to use the network to enhance the interaction of learners and improve the effect of online learning is very important.By mastering the interaction situation of learners in online learning courses,this study finds the existing problems of social interaction in courses,explores its influencing factors,and puts forward strategies to improve social interaction behavior in online learning,which is of great significance to promote learners’ social interaction.This study uses content analysis method,grounded theory,investigation and structural equation model to explore the influencing factors of online learning social interaction behavior.Firstly,the concepts of social interaction,online learning and social interaction behavior are defined,and the research status of social interaction at home and abroad is reviewed.Secondly,the interactive status of online course "Information-based teaching" is explored,and the basic situation of learners’ social interaction is explored from the aspects of interaction quantity and interactive content.Secondly,it conducted an interview survey on course learners,coded the interview data based on grounded theory,and determined 4 category categories,10 core categories and24 initial categories.By combing the coding process,the process of influencing factors on social interaction of online learning is summarized and concluded.Finally,the relationship between influencing factors is determined: autonomous learning ability,perceived usefulness,teaching strategies,and convergence directly affect social interaction behavior;Personality traits,self-efficacy,platform environment and teacher support directly affect the usefulness of knowledge and perception,and indirectly affect the social interaction behavior.Reciprocity and psychological environment directly affect convergence and indirectly affect social interaction.Through sorting out the influencing factors,the initial model of the influencing factors was constructed,and the structural equation model was used to verify and analyze the influencing factors model,and finally the influencing factors model of online learning social interaction behavior was determined.Finally,according to the research on the influencing factors,the corresponding strategies to improve learners’ social interaction behavior in online learning environment are proposed.The analysis of the interaction of online courses shows that some learners lack the enthusiasm to participate in the interaction,and the access rate of course resources is low;The interaction layer of learners is mainly shallow interaction,which stays at the level of browsing and simple reply.The interaction quality is low and the interaction content is at the shallow interaction level.By analyzing the research results of influencing factors,it can be concluded that: Self-learning ability,perceived usefulness,convergence and teaching strategies have a direct positive and significant impact on social interaction behavior;self-efficacy,platform environment and teacher support have a direct positive and significant impact on perceived usefulness and an indirect impact on social interaction behavior;psychological environment and reciprocity have a direct positive and significant impact on convergence and an indirect impact on social interaction behavior.Only personality traits affect perceived usefulness and indirectly affect social interaction behavior.Therefore,it can be shown that the occurrence of learners’ social interaction behavior has little relationship with learners’ personality characteristics.Based on the analysis of the current situation and the determination of influencing factors,the strategies for improving online learners’ social interaction behavior are proposed from the perspectives of learner dimension,teacher dimension,peer dimension and environment dimension,so as to provide theoretical guidance for promoting the sustainable development of online learning social interaction.
