| Since the promulgation of the Provisional Regulations on National Civil Servants,the number of candidates taking the civil service examination has increased day by day,and the number of educational institutions targeting civil service examination training has also increased rapidly,leading to increasingly fierce competition among training institutions.China’s current education policy mainly requires adhering to the principle of giving priority to the development of education,self-reliance in science and technology,and talent leadership,accelerating the construction of a strong education,technology,and talent country,and comprehensively improving the quality of independent talent cultivation.On the one hand,the dual reduction policy aims at reducing the burden of compulsory education,and on the other hand,it deepens the construction of the modern vocational education system.Under such a favorable industry policy,recruitment examination and training institutions continue to explore new business areas,promote high-quality development of vocational education,and create a new development pattern.In recent years,the problem of staff turnover in the teaching and research departments in the recruitment,examination,and training industry has become increasingly serious.To maintain a leading position in the industry,stabilize its foundation,and develop its business in a brutal competitive environment,it is necessary to reasonably control the rate of staff turnover in teaching and research,and improve the situation of staff turnover in teaching and research.Only in this way can educational institutions maintain internal stability and external sustainable development.This article takes the teaching and research department of ZG Education Shanxi Branch as an example,the relevant theory of employee turnover as the theoretical basis and the Price-Mueller model as the theoretical tool,sorts out the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on employee turnover in enterprises,combines their own relevant work experience,uses questionnaire survey method and interview method to explore and analyze the employee turnover of the teaching and research department of ZG Education Shanxi Branch,and obtains first-hand information through questionnaire survey method and interview method,which lays the foundation for the research of the paper.The survey results show that the main reasons for the turnover of employees in the teaching and research department of ZG Education Shanxi Branch are low salary and welfare levels,burnout caused by high work pressure,and lack of standards for promotion assessment mechanisms.Based on the above reasons,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for preventing loss according to the actual situation,and in terms of salary and welfare system:establish a salary management system that fits the teaching and research department,carry out a phased salary adjustment model,restore and increase the welfare and allowance system;In terms of work stress relief:mainly for the particularity of the work of employees in teaching and research departments,it is recommended to reduce the burden;Improve the promotion mechanism and strengthen career planning:establish and improve horizontal and vertical promotion channels,standardize the promotion assessment mechanism for teaching and research employees,and strengthen the career planning management of teaching and research employees,so as to effectively prevent the loss of employees in the teaching and research department of ZG Education Shanxi Branch.At the same time,this paper plays a certain reference role for other provincial branches of ZG Education Company and the core talent drain of the private training industry. |
