In recent years,under the dual impact of the COVID-19 epidemic and the national "double reduction" policy,the domestic economic environment has deteriorated,and the training industry has been comprehensively reformed.For all kinds of training enterprises,the great changes in the environment of education and training industry have made the competition for human resources increasingly fierce,and training companies continue to emerge more and more serious problems of staff turnover.Meanwhile,the increase of the employment cost has increasingly aggravated the economic losses and burdens of the entreprises.As the leader of the city’s training industry,since its establishment in 2009 till now,MO training company has always maintained a steady development situation.The scale of the company has continued to expand,but the increasingly serious employee turnover,especially the loss of teaching staff in the recent two years,has hinderd the company’s development,and the company’s expansion plan has to be terminated.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to find out the reasons for the dimission of the company’s employees,especially the teaching staff who play a key role in the operation and development of the enterprise.It is also of vital importance to put forward targeted solutions to improve the current situation of staff dimission as soon as possible,and achieve the stability of employees,which will eventually promote the sustainable and steady development of MO training company.This paper combines theory with practice by taking Maslow’s Needs-Hierarchy Theory,Herzberg’s Motivation-hygiene Theory,Mc Clelland’s Achievement Needs and Competency Theory as guidance,and makes an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of stuff turnover in MO training company.It takes and analyzes the first-hand data by means of questionnaire survey,interview survey and case analysis,and systematically analyses all the potential factors which may cause the employees dimission in the MO training company,including the external environment,the enterprise’s internal management,the individual employees and the other influencing factors.According to the results of the analysis and research,in order to adapt to the changes in the external environment,MO Training Company has actively responded to the call of the national government in the first place to realize the business transformation.In view of the internal management problems of the enterprise,MO training company should solve the problems of employee turnover by optimizing the compensation and welfare incentive system,improving the employee training system,expanding the employee promotion mechanism,strengthening the construction of corporate culture,so as to achieve the stability of the existing employees and consolidate the staff reserve foundation for the development goal of the enterprise in the next five years.It is also hoped that this study can provide reference for similar companies.
