| In recent years with the rapid development of economy,there is the increasing requirements of high-end talents for the enterprises,in addition,as the employment situation becomes grim,it also led to the difficulty of employment for the college students,therefore,a large amount of college students and enterprise employees wanted to upgrade their record of formal schooling which resulted in the emergence of the phenomenon of the craze for graduate studies in society.Such phenomenon contributed to the spring up of a large number of postgraduate examination counseling institutions,but these severe problems of employee turnover existed in the postgraduate examination counseling institutions and brought about serious business difficulties for the enterprises,so the phenomenon of employee turnover became a problem that demand prompt solutions for the enterprises.The investigation and research object selected in this thesis was the postgraduate entrance examination department of T company that belonged to the T company.Currently the problem of employee turnover of the post graduate entrance examination department of T company is extremely serious which not only affected its normal operation but also resulted in bad social influences for the enterprise and further damaged the enterprise image.Hence,solving the problem of employee turnover in the postgraduate entrance examination department of T company is of great practical significance to better promote the development of enterprise.The employee turnover model of Price—Mueller(2000)was employed in the research of this thesis,referring to the research status and related theories as well as opinions on the aspect of employee turnover at home and abroad,quantitative and qualitative studies were combined to investigate and survey the turnover reasons of the employees in the postgraduate entrance examination department of T company through using the interview method and questionnaire survey method,and the countermeasures were proposed accordingly.First of all,the current human resource information and related materials of the postgraduate entrance examination department of T company were analyzed through investigations,making use of the interview method to talk with the separated employees of the postgraduate entrance examination department of T company to conclude the general reasons for turnover;Second,the questionnaire on influencing factors of turnover was designed based on the results of interviews as well as the maturity scale of the Price—Mueller(2000)employee turnover model,the data scale of influencing factors on employee turnover was collected through the issuing of questionnaires,and the conclusion was drawn about the impact of various factors on turnover intentions through applying the spss23.0 software to conduct the descriptive analysis of sample features,the credit analysis,the analysis of the current status of sample average,the difference analysis of demographic variables and the analysis of regression.The conclusion of the turnover reasons for the employees in the postgraduate entrance examination department of T company was drawn through the questionnaire method in this thesis,it was concluded that the years of working of employees exerted significant impact on their turnover tendency through the difference analysis of demographic variables;It was also concluded that the opportunity exerted significant positive impact on employee turnover through the analysis of regression;The common training,the job routinization,the salary and welfare,the vocational development as well as the organizational culture exerted significant negative impact on the turnover tendency of employees.At last,the main influencing factors of turnover were analyzed and the reasons for turnover were found based on the interview results,and the countermeasures ware proposed from the three perspectives of enterprise system,enterprise culture as well as work content aiming at the turnover reasons.By proposing countermeasures to the above different designation reasons to eliminate the dissatisfaction of employees,decrease the turnover tendency of employees so as to solve the turnover problem of the postgraduate entrance examination department of T company. |
