| With the widespread use of artificial intelligence technology and big data technology,data-supported learning analysis helps to objectively learn about students’ learning,effectively promoting personalisation and precision in teaching.The curriculum standards for compulsory education emphasise the development of students’ core literacies,and promoting the development of subject competencies is a key pathway for the development of core literacies.However,current teaching lacks care for the current state of subject competence development,and neglects or belittles the analysis of learning conditions,problems that make it difficult to support the development of subject competence in mathematics.Based on this,this article attempts to explore the content framework and data framework of a data-supported learning situation analysis that points to the development of subject competencies and summarises the principles of teaching application,with a view to providing ideas for accurately grasping students’ learning situations and effectively implementing core literacy in mathematics,as well as providing theoretical support for the design and development of the learning situation analysis function in intelligent teaching products.The paper mainly adopts design-based research,literature method and survey research method to carry out relevant research.Firstly,the study uses the literature method to sort out the existing literature on the content,data and methods of learning analysis,as well as subject competence,to clarify the conceptual connotations of learning analysis and subject competence.Secondly,based on the subject competence of mathematics,the study analyses in detail the connotation and characteristics of each dimension of subject competence,decomposes the key behavioural manifestations of subject competence,and develops a content framework for the analysis of learning at the level of learning understanding,practical application and creative transfer of mathematical subject competencies with reference to the existing studies on the content of the analysis of learning situations.Combined with an analysis of the functionality of the Smart Teaching Platform,the presenting the different kinds of learning data that can be collected for each type of learning content.A framework for analyzing the data that points to subject competencies was developed.In the end,the content was based on the "Decimal Division","Complex Statistical Charts" and "Problem Solving Strategies" of Primary 5 Mathematics.Based on the analysis framework,we designed the test questions,designed the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching activities and assessment based on the subject competence-related learning situations,and carried out the teaching practice.Through teachers’ interviews and students’ subject competence tests,analysis and reflection on problems,and optimisation of the teaching implementation process,a content framework for subject competence analysis has been iteratively developed that includes concept/method identification and expression,understanding of mathematical object relationships,extraction and selection of mathematical information,mapping and calculation,writing out correlations between information,complete answers to task questions,integrated application of mathematical knowledge/methods and formulation of reasons for choices,design and implementation of investigation solutions,and formulation of mathematical problems/rules,etc.As well as a data framework for the analysis of learning conditions containing data on the correctness of mathematical knowledge identification,correctness of mathematical object feature extraction,reasonableness of problem judgement and explanation,correctness of calculation,explanation evaluation score,correctness of problem solving,data on evaluation of ideas and methods of investigation(e.g.text,pictures,voice,video,etc.),and the number of mathematical problems/rules posed.At the same time,the following principles of teaching application are condensed: in the teaching design stage,teaching objectives should be formulated to target weak competencies;teaching content should be selected with antecedent knowledge as the starting point;teaching activities should be organised with competency implementation as the process;and teaching evaluation should be designed with feedback adjustment as the goal.In the implementation stage,teaching implementation should be based on learning data to optimise and adjust the original teaching activities,and should also focus on the learning data of students with difficulties.In the reflection stage,the data-supported analysis of the learning situation provides teachers with a grip for reflecting on improving teaching;the learning situation that points to subject competence gives teachers a direction for professional development.The results of this study show that the content framework and data framework of the subject competence-based learning analysis can effectively guide teachers in their daily learning analysis,and that the teaching designed and implemented based on this framework has achieved good teaching results. |
