| The characteristic campus culture is an important embodiment of the school’s purpose.For ethnic colleges and universities,the construction of characteristic campus culture is of great significance in realizing the educational purpose of "serving ethnic minorities and ethnic areas".Currently,ethnic universities have accumulated some experience and obtained many achievements in the construction of characteristic campus culture,but there is also an urgent need for further improvement and development.Therefore,studying the construction of characteristic campus culture in ethnic universities can not only enrich the relevant theories of campus culture construction,but also provide reference and reference for ethnic universities to carry out campus culture construction.This study takes G Minzu University as a case,adopts the methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and interviews to explore the value implication,effectiveness,issues,and basic paths of the construction of distinctive campus culture in ethnic universities,focusing on the following questions: What is the performance and value of the construction of characteristic campus culture in ethnic universities?How is the construction of characteristic campus culture in ethnic universities carried out? What results have been achieved? What are the current problems in the construction of characteristic campus culture in ethnic universities? What are the reasons for these problems? How do ethnic universities strengthen the construction of characteristic campus culture? The research results show that G Minzu University has achieved remarkable results in inheriting and developing ethnic culture,creating an atmosphere of ethnic unity and progress,and cultivating ethnic talents by building a distinctive campus with regional customs,formulating a unique talent cultivation system,conducting various forms of cultural activities,and promoting the values of unity and progress.At the same time,there are also problems such as the failure to fully play the role of the construction subject,the expansion of the construction content that needs to be broken through,the insufficient utilization of the construction results,and the lack of construction related security forces.After analysis,the main reasons for the problems include: students’ vague sense of belonging to characteristic campus culture,limited energy for teachers to participate in the construction of campus culture,relevant construction mechanisms of the school to be optimized,and government supporting measures to be followed up.In response to the above issues and reasons,this study made several reflections on strengthening the construction of characteristic campus culture in ethnic universities:following the principle of "coordination and unity" in the construction of characteristic campus culture,activating the endogenous motivation of student participation,giving full play to the exemplary and leading role of teachers,enriching the carrier of characteristic campus culture in ethnic universities,improving the construction of characteristic campus culture system,and giving play to the leading role of the government in the integration of social resources.With a view to strengthening the construction of distinctive campus culture in ethnic colleges and universities,and helping ethnic colleges and universities better achieve their educational purpose of "serving ethnic minorities and ethnic regions". |
