Research On The Construction Of Characteristic Campus Culture In Hu Zhou University

Culture is not only the foundation and blood for the survival and development of the University, but also the important symbol and characteristic of the university. In recent years, colleges and universities have achieved initial results through continuous exploration and positive practice. However, in the process of the popularization of higher education, there are still many problems in the construction of campus culture. Especially some local colleges and universities do not show distinctive features of campus culture.How to give full play to the unique advantages of local colleges and universities, to build a unique campus culture has become an important proposition in the development of local colleges and universities.This thesis applies the theory of Corporate Culture to clarify the content and function of the construction of Campus Culture, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of Campus Culture of Huzhou University and the conditions of constructing characteristic construction of Campus Culture, and refer to the experience of construction of Campus Culture of universities in both home and abroad.Furthermore, this thesis also emphasizes that as a local university, Huzhou University's construction of Campus Culture should be based on the university, the culture and the tradition. Then we can distill, sublime and consolidate the campus culture based on exploring its own culture essence. Lastly, a Campus Culture with high level which characterizes the culture of knowing how to be a human and how to achieve one thing and the contemporary spirit,is full of the local feature and inherits the tradition of Huzhou University is constructed and a power which promotes the core competitiveness and sustainable development of the university.
