Research On Youth Sports Demand And Service Supply Strategy In Maoming City Under The Background Of "Double Reduction" Policy

Research Objective: In order to better implement the "double reduction policy",improve the level of youth sports services,provide a good physical exercise environment for teenagers,meet the needs of youth sports,and promote the healthy development of youth physical fitness in Maoming City.Research Methods: This study mainly used field investigation,expert interview method and questionnaire survey method to investigate the supply and demand of youth sports services in Maoming City from the perspective of promoting adolescent physical health.Research results: According to the survey results,it is finally concluded that:(1)The overall performance of youth sports service supply in Maoming City is good,but there is an imbalance in the supply of various supply services.Among them,the supply of sports facilities and services is more prominent.(2)The demand of Maoming youth for physical education and health courses is mainly to participate in physical education classes through the self-selected project mode,and there is a greater demand for participating in ball games and fun sports in physical education classes;In the supply of physical fitness monitoring services,the largest demand is to optimize the monitoring time;In the supply of sports facilities and services,the biggest demand is to increase the construction of badminton and basketball venues and improve the openness of schools and community sports venues;The most demanded in sports guidance is to participate in free training institutions,hoping that off-campus sports clubs will enter the school for sports guidance;In the supply of sports activities,there is a greater demand for participating in their favorite sports activities.Among the forms of organization of physical activities,adolescents prefer the form of free organization.In the demand for sports training competitions,most teenagers hope to participate in sports club sports training in their spare time,and teenagers have a greater demand for school-organized competitions in terms of competitions;The largest demand in the service supply of sports organizations is to increase public welfare sports organizations;The largest supply demand for sports information services is to have youth sports information APP;The greatest demand for family sports support is spiritual support.(3)The factors restricting the realization of youth sports demand mainly include government factors,social factors,school factors,and family factors.Conclusion: The realization of youth sports needs to be jointly promoted by the government,communities,schools and families.The specific method is to achieve: the diversification of economic input subjects,the localization of policies and regulations,the sharing of sports resources,the Internetization of sports services,the networking of internal and external organizations,and the innovation of sports activities.With the government as the lead,the school-community-family as the core,and the multi-party force as the auxiliary,promote the youth sports service work in Maoming City.
