Research On The Supply And Demand Of Public Sports Service In Sports Parks In Suzhou City

With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization,people's material living standard has been greatly improved.More and more people have gradually realized the importance of physical health and started to promote physical health through physical exercise,which has set off a nationwide fitness boom.The contradiction between people's growing demand for physical fitness and the tension of public sports venues is gradually highlighted.In recent years,the number of public sports venues in China has been increasing.As an important part of the construction of public sports services,sports parks are an important place for citizens to take exercise.With the increase of the number of sports parks,whether the public sports services in parks can meet the needs of citizens is a problem worthy of attention.This paper takes the supply and demand of public sports services in the urban sports parks of suzhou city as the research object through the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview.This paper investigates the urban sports park in suzhou city,understands the public sports service supply and the demand of citizens in the urban sports park in suzhou city,finds out the problems,and puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions.Results :(1)There are 14 sports parks in the urban area of suzhou city,but the regional distribution of the parks is not complete and the number of the parks is not balanced enough.Suzhou city divides the sports parks into three categories,but the number of the sports parks in the urban area is less than three categories.(2)All the sports parks in the urban area of suzhou city provide sports venues.The types of venues are mainly fitness trails and square Spaces,while the number of small ball fields is small.All sports parks have sports organizations.The types of organizations are mainly informal sports organizations.The projects are mainly running and square dancing.All the sports parks provide services for sports events.Among them,the governmentdepartments hold the largest number of activities,with running and square dancing as the main activities,while ball games are few.All the sports parks provide sports information services,diversified publicity,rich content;35.71% of the sports parks in the urban area of suzhou provide sports guidance services.Social sports instructors mainly focus on the morning and evening fitness guidance stations,while the provision of sports guidance services in the sports parks should be paid more attention to.7.14%of the sports parks in the urban area of suzhou city provide physical fitness monitoring services,and the number of sports parks providing physical fitness monitoring services is small,because the government provides physical fitness monitoring services in different ways and places.(3)The overall satisfaction score of public sports service in the urban sports park of suzhou city was 3.43,indicating a high degree of satisfaction.The satisfaction degree of all public sports services is from high to low: sports information service(3.91),sports organization service(3.79),sports event service(3.72),sports guidance service(3.32),sports venue service(3.12),and physique monitoring service(2.71).The satisfaction degree of sports information service was the highest,and the satisfaction degree of physique monitoring service was the lowest.(4)What the public most need is sports venue services,which need to enrich the types of sports venues and increase the number of small ball venues;Secondly,physical fitness monitoring service is needed,and government departments are required to provide physical fitness monitoring service in parks on a regular basis.Thirdly,sports event services are needed to enrich the types of events and increase the number of dance performances.Fourth,the need for sports guidance services,need to enrich the types of guidance,increase the number of sports instructors;Fifth,sports organization services are needed to enrich the types of organizations and increase the number of small ball organizations.The sixth need sports information service,need to enrich the information type.Countermeasures and Suggestions :(1)Relevant government departments should improve the construction of urban sports parks in suzhou,balance the number of regional sports parks,improve the classification standards,and build high-quality and high-standard urban sports parks.(2)Government departments should strengthen the construction of public sports service system,improve the coverage rate of various services in sports parks,improve service quality and improve citizen satisfaction.(3)Government departments should pay attention to the diversified sports needs of citizensand optimize the allocation of space resources;Actively guide and support sports organizations in the park to enrich the types of organizations;Build the park physique monitoring point;Add park fitness guide station to enrich the team of park instructors;Increase the park information publicity,rich content supply;Actively hold sports events to enrich the types of events.
