| Research purposes:After the International Boxing Federation implemented a new scoring method,the focus of the modern boxing project competition has also undergone corresponding changes.The confrontation between competitions at all levels in the world is becoming stronger.The overall advantage won,and the effect of effectively improving the player’s hitting effective punch has become the focus of training.At present,Chinese boxing players are in the critical period of new and old alternation.In this context,young boxers are used as a backup force to participate in competitions at all levels.Influence.According to research,composite training has a positive effect on the development of boxers’ upper and lower limbs,and the punishment of boxers is done with legs,the core rotation of the waist and abdomen,and the upper limb stretching.The special action mode of the formula and the boxing of boxing has a high degree of matching,and under the new rules,the boxing power and speed of boxing players confront them have higher requirements.Therefore,this article has studied the impact of the impact of the fighting effects of men aged sixteen to seventeen years old through composite training,in order to provide more effective training methods and means to provide more effective and comply with the special characteristics of boxing.Research methods:This study adopts the research method of literature and data law,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,and logical analysis method.It is subject to twenty years old men’s boxers from twenty sixteen to seventeen years old men in Shandong Province as the object.The group and the control group are two groups of composite power training and the twelve weeks traditional anti-resistance force training.After the comparison analysis of the traditional anti-resistance force training,the composite training is specific to the upper limbs of the upper limbs of the sixteen to seventeen years old men’s boxer,and the level of the outbreak of the lower limb explosion.The impact of direct boxing play effects,boxing effects,and hooking effects.The research conclusions are as follows:Research result:(1)Under the time conditions,there were significant differences between kneeling chest push solid ball(3kg),standing long jump,front hand straight boxing strength,back hand straight boxing speed,back hand swing boxing power,back hand swing boxing speed,back hand hook boxing power,back hand hook boxing speed,and pre-intervention performance in the experimental group after the intervention(P<0.05),while the front hand swing boxing strength and strike speed,There was no significant difference between the strength and speed of forehand hook punching and the performance before the intervention(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the performance before and after the intervention in the control group(P>0.05).(2)Under the conditions of group groups,there were significant differences between kneeling chest push solid ball(3kg),standing long jump,forehand straight boxing force,backhand straight boxing speed,backhand swing boxing strength,hind-hand swing boxing speed,back-hand hook boxing strength,and back-hand hook boxing speed in the experimental group after intervention compared with the control group(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences between forehand swing boxing strength and strike speed,and forehand hook boxing strength and speed compared with the control group(P>0.05).Research conclusion:(1)The 12-week compound training improved the efficiency of the boxers’ leg press and upper limb stretching and striking when boxing,thereby better improving the explosive power level of the upper and lower limbs.However,the traditional resistance training also improves the explosive level of the upper and lower limbs of male boxers aged 16~17 compared with before training,but lacks the combination with special technical movements during punching,so there is no significant difference.(2)The 12 weeks of compound training under the high match of the punching action greatly improved the boxers’ proficiency in special technical movements,promoted the power transmission and aggregation during boxing,reduced the action time of boxers when punching,and improved the consistency of the overall movements during boxing,thereby improving the strength and speed of boxing.Although the strike strength and speed of the forehand swing punch and hook were improved,they matched relatively low with the punching action and were weak hands,so there was no significant difference.The traditional training group lacks the combination of boxing special technical movements,so traditional training has no significant effect on the improvement of boxing effect. |
