Competitive aerobics group A difficulty has the characteristics of high action intensity,short completion time,many technical links,complex action technology,etc.Group A difficulty action is the comprehensive quality of competitive aerobics athletes and technical level of strength of the show,and become an important content to improve the level of difficulty of the set.From the root named from the A group difficulty is divided into 3 categories,are mainly involved in power power movements,static power movements,rotary leg movements.The overcoming one’s own weight resistance training method mainly relies on overcoming one’s own body weight as the training load for training,and there are some shortcomings in the difficulty training,the training effect on the deep muscle groups is not obvious,and it is difficult to simulate the real combat demand in the unbalanced and unstable state.This also means that in order to improve the athletes’ ability to complete the difficulty of group A,the daily training must be comprehensive,systematic and scientific,and closely integrated with the special needs.Overcoming external resistance training refers to the scientific and systematic training arrangements,so that the practitioner to overcome their own weight for the resistance or to impose on the practitioner in addition to their own weight and a greater exercise load and a kind of resistance in the opposite direction of the movement,so that the athlete to withstand a greater training stimulus,when after a cycle of systematic training to withdraw from the outside of the man-made resistance to make the athletes’ athletic ability to obtain an effective improvement,so as to improve the group A movement difficulty completion ability.In this way,the quality and stability of group A movements can be improved.This study mainly utilizes the literature method,mathematical and statistical method and experimental method,etc.,to study the effects of different types of training to overcome external resistance on the completion of difficult movements of aerobics athletes.In this paper,30 athletes of competitive aerobics level 2 and above from Jinan Youth Training Aerobics Training Base were divided into the experimental group and the control group as the research subjects.First of all,before the beginning of the experiment,the data processing and analysis of the athletes’ relevant tests using SPSS(P>0.05)showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,so the experiment could be carried out.In the process of the experiment,the athletes in the experimental group mainly carried out the exercise of overcoming external resistance,while the control group carried out the training of overcoming the resistance of their own weight,and at the end of the 12-week experiment,the results of the athletes’ quality of the indexes of the completion of each movement were recorded.Finally,the data of the two groups of athletes were processed and analyzed by using SPSS to perform independent samples t-test and paired samples t-test.The results of the experiment were as follows: 1.Before the beginning of the experiment,the experimental group and the control group of athletes in the hip lift,helicopter,and acute angle support reverse cut into a push-up three movements of the test data P>0.05;2.After 12 weeks of overcoming external resistance training,the experimental group and the control group of the quality of the completion of the test of the hip lift,there are significant differences in the indicators(P< 0.05).The P-value of the index of the vacated height test was 0.044,the P-value of the folding angle was 0.025,and the P-value of the index of the push-up shoulder-elbow parallel test was 0.048.There was a significant difference in all the indexes of the helicopter test(P < 0.05).The p-value of the supine leg rotation test index is 0.045,the p-value of the leg rotation top shoulder into push-up test index is 0.040,and the p-value of the push-up shoulder-elbow parallel test index is 0.028.There is a significant difference(p<0.05)in all the indexes in the support reverse cut into push-up test.The P-value of the acute angle parallel to the ground test index is 0.035,the P-value of the top hip folding angle test index is 0.043,and the P-value of the push-up shoulder-elbow parallel test index is 0.024.3.After 12 weeks of resistance training,the three test indexes of the experimental group of men’s and women’s athletes,namely,hip lifts,helicopter,and acute angle support reverse cut into a push-up,were significantly improved in relation to the preexperimental data,and there were significant differences(P<0.05)in the test data.The conclusion is as follows: 1.Before the beginning of the experiment,the athletes in the experimental group and the control group did not have significant differences in the completion of the three movements and six test indexes,and they were at the same level of development.2.Comparing the overcoming of one’s own weight resistance training,the overcoming of external resistance training can have a significant impact on the initial level of athletes with similar levels of movement under the conditions of the same training time and a similar training environment.Under the same training time and similar training environment,the effect of overcoming external resistance training was better than that of the control group in terms of the quality of difficulty completed by the athletes in the A group.This suggests that overcoming external resistance training is more targeted and can improve the efficiency of the exercise significantly.3.Overcoming external resistance training has a more significant effect on the quality of difficulty completion in Group A of competitive aerobics male athletes than female athletes.
