Study On The Application Characteristics Of Difficult Movements In Elite Of Competitive Aerobics In Group Events In The World

Competitive aerobics belongs to the skills-led category to show the difficult beauty of the sports group,in addition to art and completion,the main is to win the value of difficulty,difficulty movement in the competitive aerobics competition belongs to the winning core.In this paper,with reference to 2017-2020 period of competitive aerobics grading rule,using the method of literature,video analysis,expert interview and mathematical statistics on the 15 th 2018 gymnastics world championships collective project project in the mixed doubles,three,five complete difficulty movement used for analysis,understand the current world outstanding sports teams,including the selection of difficult movements,score selection,the use of space,time,use of combination of difficulty,and the distribution of the difficulty of the development trend.It can enrich the theoretical research in the field of competitive aerobics in China,at the same time,it can also provide some theoretical reference to maintain the leading position of China’s competitive aerobics in the world,and further improve the training and arrangement level of China’s competitive aerobics.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The difficulty scores of the world’s high-level competitive aerobics collective events range from 0.5 to 1.0,mainly focusing on the 0.6,0.7 and 0.8 difficulty movements.More than half of the difficulty scores of the collective events focus on the 0.6 and 0.8 difficulty points,among which the 0.9 and 1.0 super-high difficulty points of the three items are also selected.2.There was no significant difference in the number of four difficulty groups in the selection of the top eight in the collective projects,while the difficulty movements in group C were the first choice for each project,with an average of 5.04 times.At the same time,group B difficulty was rarely selected for each project,averaging 0.58 times.3.The difficulty distribution of collective projects is mainly concentrated in the front section of the set,and the overall distribution trend is that the front section,middle section and back section decrease successively.In terms of spatial variation,the group C difficult movements with more spatial variations were mainly selected to increase the visual impact of the whole set of movements.Class A ground difficulty movement,class B standing without space change of difficulty relatively less choice.4.The most frequently used combination of difficulty movements in collective projects is the combination of two connection combinations C+C,accounting for34.15%,while the most used combination of mixed doubles is 6 times.The second is the connection mode of three-connection combination C+C+A,accounting for31.71%.The maximum number of times used for the five-person project is 6 times.Skill participation difficulty combination is used less often.For each item,the combined action score of two-connection difficulty is generally lower before and higher after,while the combined action score of three-connection difficulty is generally the distribution mode of difficulty in the combined action score of former difficulty < later difficulty <.5.In terms of the gender combination of athletes in team events,it is more convenient for same-sex athletes in three-person events to choose the difficulty with similar abilities,the difficulty with higher score and the maximum performance of athletes.In a five-person event,choosing a gender combination of four men and one woman with similar athletic abilities can increase the probability of obtaining excellent athletic results.
