Core strength quality is one of the basic qualities of competitive aerobics athletes.The strength of core strength not only affects the exertion and application of other abilities,but also directly affects the mastery and use of special competitive techniques.This article relies on the difficult movements of group B of competitive aerobics,aiming at improving the overall level of difficulty of group B of teenagers who are good at competitive aerobics.Starting from the theoretical research of core strength training,the paper analyzed its mechanism of influence on difficult movements of group B.The core muscle group plays a key role in stabilizing the center of gravity,transferring energy and buffering strength.Through consulting literature,expert interviews and expert questionnaires,it is determined that the core strength quality evaluation indexes before and after the experiment are five grade side bridges,six grade elevation bridges and eight grade abdominal bridges,and the core strength quality is evaluated by the test results.The difficulty action evaluation indexes of group B are to complete the split leg support rotation,right angle support rotation,acute angle support and water.Four types of motion completion quality of flat support.including time,place,training program and control.In order to ensure the effect of pre-test and post test,three professional coaches form an expert group to test the athletes according to the same rules.Pre-test results show that the core strength quality of 40 specialty students is weak before core strength training,and the completion of four types of group B difficult movements is not high,scores are low,and core strength is insufficient,which needs to be strengthened urgently.The post-test analysis shows that both core strength training and traditional lumbar and abdominal training can enhance the core muscle group.The independent sample T test shows obvious differences.Core strength training can improve the strength quality of core area more effectively and prevent sports injury.There are obvious differences between the experimental group and the control group in the test results and stability of the difficult movements of group B,such as leg support rotation,right angle support rotation,horizontal support.The training of core strength makes the strength of the core area of the experimental group's specialty students be enhanced,which can play a better control and stabilization effect.At the same time,it can cooperate with upper limb strength to do work.However,core strength training not only enhances the strength of the core area,but also reduces the flexibility of the legs and shoulder joints,which has a great impact on the body angle of the acute angle support group.Therefore,the two groups of training should be combined.Through this study,it can provide some reference for improving the overall level of difficulty of group B of young competitive aerobics athletes and the research of core strength training of competitive aerobics.
