In recent years,under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,the state and the government attach great importance to the construction of rural teachers.However,at present,the overall level of rural teachers in China is relatively low,and the development of rural teacher training not only affects the development of rural teachers,but also affects the overall quality of rural education.By exploring the optimization strategies of rural teachers’ training,enhancing the training effect of teachers in rural areas is of great significance to both improving the quality of rural teachers and the quality of rural education.This study with rural teachers as the research object,according to borrow competency model theory,training migration theory,adult learning theory,using questionnaire survey and interview method,from the training content,training form,training teachers,training assessment,participation survey five levels of rural teachers training,from professional knowledge,professional skills,professional concept,professional quality four dimensions to investigate the present situation of rural teachers’ competence,and through the interview to understand the development of rural teachers competence after training.On the basis of questionnaire survey and interview survey,the practical problems existing in the training of rural teachers are analyzed and examined,including the lack of targeted training content,the relatively simplicity of training form,the weak competence of trainers,the weak scientificity of training assessment and evaluation,and the low participation of rural teachers in training.It is the problems existing in these training that restrict the effect of rural teacher training and hinder the professional growth of rural teachers.This study believes that the lack of supervision by government departments,the lack of attention to rural schools,the lack of professional training institutions,and the lack of motivation for rural teachers to improve literacy are the multiple causes of the above problems.Based on the actual situation of rural teacher training and its existing problems,To improve the competence of rural teachers and the effectiveness of teacher training,From a competency perspective,Make the following targeted suggestions accordingly,In order to promote the improvement of the effect of rural teacher training: through the precise positioning of rural teacher training needs,adhere to the practice of competency development as the guidance,around the growth of rural students as the center to strengthen the pertinence of rural teacher training content;By highlighting the appropriateness of training forms,the combination of theoretical teaching and practical guidance to realize the diversity of rural teacher training forms;To improve the competence of rural teacher trainers by cultivating rural college trainers,cultivating professional rural frontline trainers,and encouraging rural teacher trainers to develop independently;By constructing the training assessment standard based on competency,realizing the diversification of assessment subjects and objects,emphasizing the process and integrity of training assessment,to improve the scientificity of rural teacher training assessment;The participation of rural teacher training should be enhanced by ensuring the training opportunities for rural teachers,resolving the working conflicts between rural teachers,and stimulating the motivation of rural teachers to participate in training.
