Teacher training is an important way of teacher professional development,this study aims to understand through empirical research in rural areas of the actual situation of teacher training,teacher training on the impact of rural and unfavorable factors in the process of analysis and make an conclusion,and to make reasonable recommendations,rural teachers how to enhance the effectiveness of the training guidance, effective pushing forward China's new round of curriculum reform.Constituted by the six chapters of this study:The first chapter introduces the study of the origins,issues,research purpose and meaning, key words defined and the training of teachers of Chinese and foreign literature.The second chapter is devoted to the thesis research tools, methods and selection of research subjects.Third,fourth chapter is an analysis of response to the survey results and discussion.In the fifth chapter,the author combined the study areas and data analysis,trying to find a solution --- "collaborative training model."
