Optimization Of Expense Reimbursement Flow In J Colleges And Universities In The Context Of Digital Intellectualization

With the rapid development of digitalization and intellectualization of economy and science and technology,China’s economy and society are entering a new era of comprehensive information,which has higher requirements for financial management.With the reform of the college education system and the application of the new government’s accounting system,the scale of the school continues to expand,the amount of capital continues to increase,the college expense reimbursement environment in the reimbursement efficiency,refund rate and other aspects of the requirements more prominent.The traditional reimbursement model has been far from meeting the needs of information users.The financial reform of colleges and universities should be accelerated,and the reimbursement process of colleges and universities should be gradually optimized and improved based on the data intelligence technology and the modern national fiscal and tax system.Financial departments of colleges and universities should apply big data and artificial intelligence into practice and continuously optimize to achieve the purpose of improving financial reimbursement.This article takes J University as the research object and conducts optimization research on the reimbursement process of university expenses.The development of financial reimbursement from traditional manual bookkeeping to computerized accounting and now to financial informatization is a continuous process of innovation and improvement.After conducting field research and collecting information data on the online reimbursement system of J University,it was found that the system is in a high position among its provinces,but there are also some problems,such as low approval efficiency,high financial review and refund rates,inconsistent financial consulting standards,and insufficient utilization of the advantages of electronic invoices.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce big data analysis technology to improve the existing expense reimbursement process and achieve refined management of expense reimbursement.Based on the practical operation and optimization needs of J University in the process of expense reimbursement,we have optimized the financial consultation,expense reimbursement approval,and financial personnel’s bill review from three levels,and provided specific implementation plans and results.And apply the optimal solution to practice,thereby improving the expense reimbursement process of universities.This article explores the cost reimbursement process based on digital intelligence at J University,adding new content to the optimization of the cost reimbursement process in a digital environment.It also provides certain reference value for the intelligent construction of expense reimbursement modules in other universities in China.
