In recent years, many scholars in China have conducted in-depth research in the field of long jump in order to narrow the gap between China’s long jump project and the world level.Although certain achievements have been made in teaching and training in the long jump project, traditional teaching and training methods have been relatively improved and have some reference value for solving the problems of long jump athletes in China. However,in future long jump research,it is still necessary to actively explore new technologies and methods, and also pay attention to the research of training equipment for long jump,in order to further enrich the means of long jump training and expand the research field of long jump training. This article employs research methods such as literature review, expert interviews, experiments, and mathematical statistics.By applying elastic traction inclined board combination training to long jump training in colleges and universities and designing training programs that take into account the characteristics of long jump projects, the article discusses the effect of elastic traction inclined board combination training on long jump take-off performance.Four athletes from the long jump team of Guangzhou Sports University and students from two general physical education classes of the 2021 level were selected as experimental subjects, with 22 male students in the control group and22 male students in the experimental group. The traditional training method was used in the control group, while the elastic traction inclined board combination training method was used in the experimental and professional groups. After 8weeks of experimentation, the long jump scores, specialized qualities(60m),approach techniques(last two steps),and take-off techniques(take-off time, initial take-off velocity, and angle)of the three groups were compared and analyzed. The research results are as follows:(1)After the experiment, the long jump distance and 60 m score of the professional group have significantly improved(P<0.05).There is no significant change in the long jump distance and 60 m score within each group, and there is no significant difference in the long jump distance and 60 m score between the two groups. However, compared with the control group, the experimental group had a greater degree of improvement.(2)After the experiment, the last two-step length and the horizontal velocity of the penultimate step of the professional group have significantly improved(P<0.05).There is no significant change in the last two-step length and the horizontal velocity of the penultimate step in the control group, but there is a significant improvement in the last two-step length and the horizontal velocity of the penultimate step in the experimental group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, there is a significant difference in the last two-step length and the horizontal velocity of the penultimate step in the experimental group(P<0.05).(3)After the experiment, the take-off time, initial take-off velocity, and angle of the professional group have significantly improved(P<0.05).There is no significant change in the take-off time, initial take-off velocity, and angle within each group, and there is no significant difference in the take-off time, initial takeoff velocity, and angle between the two groups. However, compared with the control group, the experimental group has a better improvement.Conclusion:(1)The combination training of elastic traction and inclined board with flexion has a positive effect on promoting the rhythm training of long jump approach run and improving the last 2-step technique of the approach run for athletes(students).(2)The combination training of elastic traction and inclined board with flexion can provide good training benefits for professional long jump athletes, mainly reflected in improving the rhythm of the last 2 steps and shortening take-off time.(3)Kinematic analysis comparing the speed and angle of approach run and take-off techniques in long jump training has positive reference value for the objective evaluation of long jump technique.
